  1. As we have Unconfirmed > Confirmed > Arrived > Completed in the Front Desk view.

    It would be great to actually track exact time the client arrived. Was active and checked out with the exact time log. Boulevard already Logs this information, we just need a report of it.

    Example client Anna had a 1pm appointment but came at 1:10pm

    Stylist John took Anna at 1:15pm to his chair but spend 3.5 hours on her instead of the 3 hours allocated.

    Anna Checked out at 3:45PM, instead of ~3pm.

I am thrilled with the integration as we can nurture leads in mailchimp and send out monthly newsletters, but I am a little concerned that people will think we are spamming them since they already unsubscribed to our blvd marketing meaning they have to do it 2x. People who are marked as unsubscribed should receive no more emails from integrations

  5. It is difficult to look at reports when there are a lot of rows of providers and lots of columns. It would be nice if the top row and the first column were frozen so you can navigate reports on the website instead of having to download to excel.

  6. Sometimes you check in the wrong guest on accident, and then when that guest really does come in the service provider doesn't get the notification because they are already "checked-in". Being able to undo that and send an accurate notification to the service provider would be very helpful

  8. It would be nice if there was a button to close out the week or 4 day view. When you click on the week you have to go back to the filters to get back to where you were.

  14. We would like to see an option to manually push/force text appointment confirmations. We currently have text confirmations set to go out 2 days prior to the scheduled appointment. If clients do not confirm via text or email, the front desk will then call the client the day before to confirm their appointment.

    With our previous scheduling system, our front desk staff was able to manually send out text confirmations each Saturday for appointments scheduled for Monday & Tuesday. With BLVD, the text confirmations for appointments scheduled on Monday go out Saturday evening and confirmations for appointments scheduled on Tuesday…

  15. We have multiple people who have access to change service, product and staff settings. It's nice to see which user last changed a record and when so that we can follow up with the person. I have no idea who is making changes to our services and have no way of knowing to address it with them. Here is a picture of what we had in Millennium:

  16. I would love if the appointment increments on the calendar tab were adjustable by user vs. by center! I love the 5 minutes, but some like the 15 minutes. I wish we could view it all indivuadally!

  20. We need tickets for each client on each provider. Currently, one has to click to edit the appointment for each individual client, then select to print that Appointment Ticket in that window. This takes like an hour to print this way. We need a way to print Appointment Tickets for an entire day for all clients.
