  5. When editing an appointment with a gap between services, the gap is removed when you save the changes. Example: Massage from 10-11 Facial from 11:30-12:30, Pedicure from 12:30-2.

    If you change the pedicure to a manicure, the manicure and Facial times are changed to remove the 30 minute gap. You then need to go back and change all of the times to be correct again. (pity the person that didn't write down what they were to start with!)

    Usually we have intentional gaps for lunches during spa days, or because there is a conflict and they can't do the services…

  6. Hello,

    Our clients currently receive an email for their birthdays notifying them they have a $10 credit that can be used at their next visit. But these credits to not automatically hit their account. We would like blvd to automatically apply these. Other wise we have to do this extra step at checkout.

  13. When typing a message to a client, we cannot make the first message into a "note" in the chat. Please allow us to make that first message a "note" instead of a message sent to the client! thanks!

  15. It could be more clear for our guests if we had control over the naming and arrangement of items on the Appointment Preference list. For instance, to sell our products, guests must first select either Individual or Group booking to then see a list of our available products. It's common that they mistakenly think we don't sell products online because they never get past the Appointment Preferences page, thinking that they're looking for something that they assume is categorically different.   16. When using the "new appointment" tool from the calendar page it would be very nice to have a keyboard only flow available. As it is now, I can type a client name, then use the arrows to choose their name, then tab to accept it. Then mouse to the services and click in the blank. Then type a service name, then mouse to click on the service name to select it. Then mouse to click on next service, and repeat.

    It would be great to have a flow where I can pick the name, service, provider, etc... by just tabbing…

  17. If I am searching for a client I can type jody smyth and get results for "Jodi Smith". Or I can search jo sm and get the same results. This is super hepful.

    When I am searching to book an appointment I have to type the exact match for a service. It would be great to have something a little more forgiving

  19. It would be nice to be able to add an emoji right next to the client's name on their profile. We have guests that cannot do stairs and we would like to be able to see that as soon as we enter their name in the appointment booking screen (we know we can add it and see it in the schedule). This would be helpful so we know to check the availability of the main floor treatment room right away, instead of after we have it scheduled and see the notification on the actual calendar schedule.
