Have a marketing email asking clients for reviews
I know if they click the 4/5 review on the receipt they are then prompted to leave a google/ yelp review but NO client has done this thus far. It would be really nice to be able to set up an automatic email OR text that asks clients to leave us one on google, with a link attached. The reviews through BLVD are nice, but do not help my online presence as a business.

When I switched over Boulevard I was told this feature was part of it, (it was with my previous booking system). I was lied to. From being #1 in my area based on my ratings now I have to go through a third party to collect reviews. This is an important feature to any service based business.

None of our reviews are getting pushed through to Google. The client thinks their little happy face review is all they need to do. It's too much to ask the guest to read beyond their review and post it on another website. It should auto-push or at least allow us to push it.

I think it is not really so much an issue with not getting people to review...ours do, but since joining blvd we have had a full halt in reviews, they think the internal reviews are enough. It needs a stronger call to action like "reviews help small businesses thrive. Automatically copy this review to google"
