  1. Currently, the only way to tell Boulevard that a client takes extra time, is to hit "edit details" at the last step of booking, then alter the time allotted, then click "remember ..."

    So, to alter a person's amount of time needed, a "ghost appointment" needs to be made so that the receptionist can get to that point, get through that point, then back out.

    It's a bit cumbersome.

    It would be nice to simply go to the client's profile & set the allotted time.

  7. Some businesses do not allow staff to set their own calendars. Depending on the type of business you run, it may be super beneficial to be able to see everyone's CalendarSync link on the Staff page or when you click on the Staff member's name on the Calendar page. This way, any owner/manager can quickly utilize these links for their purposes.

  9. We're looking to add a service for a non-gendered haircut option with a range so clients don't feel triggered when receiving a gendered appointment confirmation email, so we can be inclusive of our nonbinary and trans* clientele.

    I just received this email from a client and wanted to pass it along

    "I often have trouble booking on Safari, everything works until I have to hit the "add $37-42" button after selecting a stylist; that button seems to work on Chrome but not on Safari."

  16. Sometimes a stylist, booth renter or front desk does not enter who sold retail and this has become a huge problem. It is too timely do go thru each day at payroll and look at each order. Having an unspecified line with total and way to access all of the orders would allow us to properly put order to who sold it. Also a report to check for unspecified sold retail would help as well

  19. Make a simple spreadsheet where service prices for all staff can be seen and edited. Make a system so you can have set pricing levels and choose all of those levels for a staff member.
