  5. When more than one apt is charged together (ex. mom and son) with 2 separate stylists sometimes the guest puts the tip all on one person but wants it split. There is no way to do this without voiding and redoing. It would be nice to be able to edit the order without having to void and recharge.

  12. It would be really helpful to have the ability to send a specific client waiver to customers by text and to be able to use Zapier to create triggers and actions surrounding waivers.

    Example: If a new appointment is booked, a waiver can be texted to the person. When the waiver is filled out, a notification in slack pops up.

  13. I can't run a visa/salon gift card unless the customer knows how much is on the card. It would be nice if Boulevard could charge a gift card then show the remaining amount due. Right now, I have to "charge partial" to a gift card and enter an exact amount. This is difficult because a lot of clients don't know their gift card balances.

  14. As a nail salon, we created a lot of add-ons to minimize our list of services. It would be very helpful to be able to see the requested add-ons when clients are on the waitlist.

    Also, if add-ons could be customized for duration per staff too that would be amazing.

  18. I find myself working with texting within Boulevard, sending Facebook messages, and emailing guests at the same time it would be very nice to integrate some or all of these platforms into Boulevard to keep customer communications consolidated and visible from one application (Boulevard)
