  2. It is inane that in the set-up of add-ons there is a field to indicate the duration of said add-on service but yet we are not allowed to make anything longer than 5min

  5. Most softwares have an arrow by the months that allow you to transition easily month to month to see reports. Instead of going to each month and highlighting the month manually. It seems in this software you have to do everything manually. Could be streamlined.

  7. We need a report of each service provider's full list of services, timing and pricing. This is a basic report in every other software system I have ever used. This allows service providers and management to see only the services they perform, timing and pricing in a report. This allows us to easily print out and give to staff and use for reviews, and to write down any desired changes, before putting in the system.

  9. Would make it easy to see who has arrived without having to get close enough to see the little arrived icon on their appointment. Also... when appointment times overlap, they cover up the icons.

  15. We had an idea for rescheduling! So - when clients cancel it will show in their profile history, however when we reschedule it does not show. It would be a good idea since clients reschedule often.

  19. By not separating our credit card processing fees from our nightly sales reconciliations you make it hard for clients to track and forecast regular/annual credit card processing fees. This is not a transparent practice - we should be able to see how and when these fees are changing - the current system is convoluted and wholly ambiguous. This should be a separate charge outside of our sales revenue.
