  6. Our office sends out personal birthday cards, it would be helpful if there was a report option so this can be done ahead of time instead of having reception do it daily as they look through the days appointments.

  9. A bulk action to deactivate all gift cards with zero balance would be a great help to clean up the database and reports for gift cards.

    Bonus points for a tool that will bulk deactivate gift cards that were sold prior to a certain date (due to expiration)

    • Pick a date to see Created Appointments & Cancelled Appointments.
    • Appointments appear based on the day they were booked, not the day of the appointment.

    Based on the date, see who created or cancelled an appointment with booking details such as the service, the stylist (with requested option), & appointment date.

  12. going in to each service and customizing is soooooo laborious. List all service and just check a box if the tech can -perform that service instead of hving to customize each service!!!!

  13. There are a few pop-up windows that will block pieces of information that might be needed when adding notes. Examples of windows that would be nice to move are clicking on an appointment, creating a block, and canceling an appointment.

  14. I've already selected the time I want by clicking it on the calendar and clicking "new appointment". Then I still have to reselect the time again to complete the booking?
