  1. It would be great to have a way to see what a guest is on the waitlist for when looking at their profile (and in the messages sidebar). Sometimes we can see that they are on the list more than once, or they want a service we didn't realize. Or they had the service they are waiting for and we can remove them from the list.

  5. It would be nice to customize the defaults for printing receipts. We never need the merchant copy, but if you forget to tell it to print only page 1 you end up with a copy to throw away with each printed receipt. The location or business settings could have a checkbox for "print merchant receipt" default setting.

  6. We are having issues of clients showing up late and thus we need a checkin time 5 minutes before the start of the appointment. One simple way to do that would be to give us the option of placing transition time before the appointment instead of after. Or simply having a "checkin" time option that starts 5' early.

    Benefit: We can shorten our appointment times and be more profitable.

  7. We prefer to check clients in manually, so we know who is who. It would be super helpful to be able to customize the client experience screen of the BLVD Duo app.

  10. If not there should be a way for salons to pull a report for clients birthdays so they can nurture the guest relationship with gift or card to celebrate the guest.

  11. It would make logistics and workflow a lot easier for services like ours that is time dependent, based on the last time that a client came in for a particular service. For example, if a client came in for a new set on the 1st of the month, but then he/she tried to book a two-week service at the 18-22 days after, the system would not allow them, as it has actually been closer to three weeks after their last session.   19. Right now there is no way to book someone for a consultation.

    What I do is "block time" then enter a description of "Consultation - Jane Doe", & then I also book a "miscellaneous appointment" so that the client will get something on their end.
    Simply adding "Consultation" to the list of options would be a great help.
    It would also look a lot cleaner than these two chunks side by side, & it would save time, & it would be more legible.

  20. I wish I could print out labels for the orders that we place so that I could label the products with the name as it is in our system & the price. This is so that the client can see what the price is before they buy it.
