  1. When viewing products sales by category or by brand, would like to be able to click on a total and see the breakdown of what items were sold vs just a lump sum amount.

  2. When a client books online, they are able to make MULTIPLE appointments at the same time. Example a client books a 9am massage on Saturday, they are able to return to online booking and book another 9am service the same day without any flags. This could be disastrous, how was this not been found before?

  4. I think it would be wonderful if there was a way to require a finishing service when booking online. So after the client books a Root Touch up, the next required action would be to choose a cut/style or blow dry/style.
    This would be very helpful to minimize calling guests and rescheduling because the color service they are requesting doesn't allow time for finishing and therefore doesn't fit in the slot originally requested.

    If this is already available, my apologies. :)

  7. when stylists know they wont be in to cover their shift they should be able to edit their working hours and close their books. Also they should be able to open their own books without having to call the front desk

  10. Require an item (or more) in one's cart for an Offer to apply to another item in the same cart.

    Example: Buy one blowout, get faux lashes for free. The code should not be applicable to the faux lash application unless a blowout is also in the cart.

  15. I noticed an oversight today while building a new automation system with out Boulevard integration.

    In Boulevard itself I am able to create two identical tags. This could result in a huge issue if a staff member created a tag not knowing that the exact tag already existed. That new tag would not work with any of our automations as they are tag-ID specific, not tag-text specific.

    Can you please update the tagging system so they have to be unique?
