Messages: Mark as unread / save draft
Please create a "mark message as unread" option! This will help tremendously with how often we get interrupted mid-correspondence to assist with in-person clients. Also it doesn't seem to save a draft of your message when you leave the screen and come back.

We need this feature asap!! I have to have boulevard open in multiple in order to answer but also complete other task/check client profiles. A common example is clients messaging to schedule but some services clients have wait a specific amount of time before treating them again. I have to check when their last appointment was but when I come back the message is gone. Having several different tabs of Boulevard open at once is unnecessary. In addition, the message should only save on the staff who has saved it. Therefore, if one of our providers needs to message them, they do not have delete the message in order to message. The message could save as a draft to the notes like we are able to do in the notes but add this feature to the messages section as well. To be able to save it as a draft adding a button next to send and close or being able to right click on the send button then save as draft.

100% we miss messages often and they go unanswered simply because we're all juggling multiple tasks and dealing with clients

This is a no brainer and should be implemented asap. The old messages get buried. Or another staff checks it and the front desk misses it because its been read.

When you leave a guest's profile it erases the message you were in the process of writing, is there a way we could keep unfinished messages saved? Maybe saved as a note or keep it open in the text box?

This would be helpful! As an owner, I go in to see the messages, but want my front desk to reply. Once i've read it, would be helpful to "mark as unread" so front desk knows to reply.
