    currently the notes disappear when you go to increase/decrease the amount and the previous reason. The previous reason holds merit with our business as not all credits can be applied to all purchases. We want to account for each 'credit' given to the client (ex retail vs services)

    Would like the staff name begin to auto populate when typing in the name for gratuity on a new ticket not associated with a service.
