    We are needing to add 15min of transition time before an appointment starts so our team member can set up a facial room. Would you be able to add the option to add transition time to both before and after the service. Thank you!

    Hey Folks! After reviewing some more, this request seems more focused on an app that clients would download to their devices. We're actively working on expanding our client-facing functionality, but we're going to start with a mobile-friendly browser experience before building out a mobile app. You can follow along on our progress for that client functionality here.

    We create a block in that appointment time with the title being "guest's name - NO SHOW"
    This helps us figure out what happened during that opening. Yes it is an extra step but it works for our salon

    When you leave a guest's profile it erases the message you were in the process of writing, is there a way we could keep unfinished messages saved? Maybe saved as a note or keep it open in the text box?

    We need a button that shows the entire history of an appointment; when it was booked, who booked it, if it was moved, who moved it, reminders sent, deposits etc all in one place. This should be in chronological order.

    With the messaging center only on the computer, we are feeling tied to the front desk. We would love to see the message center either have its own app or included in the professional app.
