  3. Specifically for spas, would be great when booking or checking clients out if there was an alert to tell staff the client has never received a service from a specific category. Ex: Client only comes in for hair services, the front desk could make recommendations for facials or body services for a discounted rate to help upsell other services available

  8. It wouold be helpful if the size of the product was listed on the purchase order. A lot of our products come in different sizes and it is really hard to see which prodict is needed without this information right next to the product. I am having to change all the actual names of my products.

  10. In the staff performance report we can see hours booked, hours scheduled, service $ and product $ but would love the ability to also see service $/hour and product $/hour (could export to excel to make this work today)

  16. Sometimes mistakes are made during the checkout process. It would help if we were able to edit closed orders. Example: We scheduled a same day client for a future day, closed out the order and are unable to remove her from the calendar for that future day.

  18. We have some clients that like to book out for 6+ months at a time. It would be great to have an option to print out the whole list of future appointments as opposed to only one at a time so the client can add them to their calendars.

  19. When a client requests a product and it is not in stock, we would like a way to add them to a waitlist and alert the client this item is now available. Additionally, we would like our staff to be alerted when the product has arrived so we can directly contact those clients waiting.

  20. I'm A bit baffled why we cannot remove certain merchants that are no longer working with us.. it makes it very cumbersome to go through them whether it say active or inactive by their name, it really doesn't matter we would just like to see only the people that are involved in our business on the merchant side.
