Sort Clients by Birthday for Campaigns

Add the ability to sort/filter guests by birthday (month). So we have the ability to be able to send a Birthday Campaign through Mail Chimp.

We like to mail our clients a physical birthday card and it would be nice to be able to filter the client list by birthday month.
