Formatting for printing forms & charts is HORRIBLE. We use a "treatment plan" chart where we write up a full client plan of action going over recommended treatments and pricing, etc. and need to email or print for the client. Please allow us to download a PDF or print a PDF of the charts/forms as needed!

We are a med spa and we run sales often. There are many times where we are offering services purchased at a discount to be used in the future. It would be extremely helpful to be able to pre-sell a service, to be redeemed at a future date. This was possible in Mindbody, and has been a big issue for us now. We essentially have to sell them a giftcard or an account credit in the amount of the service including tax for them to put towards the service later. Our staff cannot stand the work around and it is such a hassle for me as a manager when creating our sales. Now I try to just discount our vouchers since it's easier to draw clients in for an online purchase, but this is NOT ideal. Please, please consider this!
