Add a filter for Zip Code in the Payment and Refund report
It would be great to have the option to add Zip Codes to the Payment and Refund report to have it be filtered to Payment Method.

Treatment notes transferring to new form
When pulling up a new form for charting on a returning client, it would be nice to see the last treatment note from the previous appointment. Instead of having to go out of the chart and into the last treatment date forms. It could show up as an uneditable greyed out note under the treatment notes box.

Personalized schedule links
Allow individual sales reps or providers to be able to send personalized scheduling links for their specific calendar via text or email. That way, the client will be able to book seamlessly without too many options or obstacles in the way.

make it possible to empty cart.
Once services have been added to the cart, there seems to be no way to delete previously selected service. Using the back button brings me back, but when I move forward, the original service is still there.

Once a client has become a member, we need optics on if they have any forward appointments or not. We'd like a feature that alerts us that
We need a way to see if our members have their appointments booked out or not. This alert would be helpful for us to know to call and get them on the books if they do NOT have a forward appointment

Have a feature to send specific pre-instruction reminders via text message to certain categories, EX: Lasers, Fillers, etc.
It would be nice to send laser appointments pre-treatment instructions, as well as other services. Because each service requires different instructions prior to treatment, I cannot add this in to 'client instructions' otherwise every patient would receive the exact same text even if they were not coming in for that specific appointment.

duo app "Don't have an appointment? tap here"
our patients check in using the Duo app. if they dont have an appointment it sayd "Dont have an appointment? Tap here". if the client taps it just says "please see a staff member" it would be nice if the patient was able to see what appointments were available and to self schedule vs waiting for staff to help. we currently dont have a front desk staff so clients are forced to hover waiting for a provider to come out to help them schedule.

Excluding Tax from normally taxable transactions
During the checkout process would like to be able to exclude tax from normally taxable transactions. Some clients ask to ship their product out of state. In that case I do not collect tax. Work around is telling to create a duplicate nontaxable product, but it messes up the inventory and is not feasible

Sell a retail product kit that is tracked with inventory.
We sell kits of our skincare and it would be nice to have a "kit" like we have "packages" of treatments, where when you sell that kit, it pulls from inventory of the individual products that are in the kit. This would also be helpful for our website.

tag gallery photos
Be able to look at gallery for the entire day or time specific and tag photos so when you want to pull all before and after photos of Microneedling it pulls all those photos instead of knowing the client name. Being able to add tag to photos to search through the gallery based on tags

Need a way to apply a Time Block at BEGINNING of service scheduled for NUMBING for certain services provided
We need an auto Time Block at beginning of appt for NUMBING for certain services provided (filler, microneedling, etc.)
Currently what is offered for time blocking with each appt is: Processing Time (a block of time at the END of the service when a client is busy, but the staff can attend other clients.), Finishing Time (a block of time at the END of a service and any processing or transition time when both the client and the staff are busy.), and Transition Time (a block of time AFTER the service is performed during which the staff member is unavailable.…1 vote -
Create a report that shows if we've sold zero of any retail products.
We need a report to show if there are any products in the inventory that we have sold none of. A product sales report only shows items that have sold at least 1. This is not helpful to see if anything has not moved at all.

During the checkout process when adding additional service it should NOT add more time we are literally checking client out which means they are leaving the office. This messes up the schedule utilization and often makes it look like clients have been in office for hours when in reality they are not
