I need ASAP to know the appointments being booked day by day, and I contacted the BLVD person and she is telling me that this is not available inside BLVD and that only can be selected by person performance which is not what I need. I need a report of all appointments being booked day by day to make sure that appointments have been entered appropriately, scheduled with right services. I can’t be going day by day to see who was booked and what services they did because I have new employees on training still and this is a new…

  2. We need a report that shows a period of time, such as a year, but as a month-by-month comparison. We would also like to be able to compare periods from different years to more easily understand growth.

  3. Currently, group booking is only allowed online, and most of our appointments are booked by the front desk over the phone. When making appointments over the phone, the front desk should be able to book multiple people who are coming in together and have them on the same ticket, rather than have to book each person individually. It doesn't make sense that this would be an option online and not for the front desk agent.

  4. Having to go in and edit appointments during check out is really inefficient. Id love to be able to drag the bottom of the appointment up or down to save time.

  5. Could you make the dashboard more user-friendly on mobile devices? For example, the touch sensitivity is very high, and scrolling across the page often causes appointments to drag unintentionally. Additionally, the dashboard on Android does not allow moving clients from Confirmed to Active—only to Arrived. Having the ability to move clients through all statuses (Confirmed → Arrived → Active) on mobile would greatly improve usability.

  6. The fact that you can not save the date range ("month to date" or "last month") with the reports is a huge setback

    It always resets when you open (re-open) the report.

  7. Make it easy to identify and report on clients who are scheduled for their first visit in the next day (whole business). Right now, the Clients list filters don’t reliably match ‘upcoming first visit’ for a specific date range, so we have to manually scan the Calendar and look for the star icon next to new clients. A simple filter or report view that combines ‘upcoming appointment date’ + ‘first visit’ would save a lot of time.”

  8. It should be possible to make edits to charts after being completed, and the edits should be auditable. There should be a larger character limit as well than notes currently allow.

  9. Ability to add middle initials to account. We have many clients that have the same exact name (crazy, right), and having a way to list a middle initial to differentiate these clients would make check in much more swift.

  10. Allow technicians to turn off online booking for new guests but make it available for current guests. That way new guests don't even see the technician as an option when booking online. it also allows current guests to book online if their technician isn't taking new guests.

  11. Offer "dynamic pricing" which would offer discounted (or higher pricing) depending on the day. This is important to encourage booking for slower days, as well as to capitalize on busier days.

  12. Teams currently have to track any follow ups that may be needed outside of BLVD. This would be for post treatment check-ins, pause lifts, or other relevant client follow up they have to do. (Mindbody has contact logs)

When I'm searching through a patient's payment history and going into an order I want to be able to get directly back to that clients order history...but once you open an order you can't go back and need to start over by searching for the client again. Would save a ton of time when searching through an individual's orders for something

  14. When creating marketing lists, it would be helpful to include inactive/former employees as filter options. This would allow us to identify and target clients who previously saw a provider who left the business and communicate who they can book with that would be similar to their preference. This functionality would support client retention and more targeted marketing efforts.

  17. Gift cards sold in-person should have the option to GIFT or transfer to a recipient.
    It defaulting to the purchaser is a glorified account credit.

  19. Current gift card max is $500, which limits our ability to sell gift card bonus specials. Plus you can't even buy multiple gift cards in one transaction to offset that limit. Please fix this. You should be able to buy gift cards for any value.

  20. Regarding the new review platform, I see some improvements over previous iterations. However, the ideal configuration would be a direct prompt to a review platform of our choice, such as Yelp/Google. Once the customer spends generous time reviewing us internally on BLVD platform, they are unlikely to follow prompt for additional posting. We are essentially cannibalising our own reviews by using this feature.
