  1. Please allow gift cards of larger amounts to be sold. we have multiple services $500 + and that is the max amount currently able to be sold.

    also, please allow 'walk-ins' or patients who call to purchase a gift card for a friend/family members account.

    scenario: we had a patients daughter call and want to purchase a giftcard for her moms upcoming visit ($1000)

  4. Need to let my front desk/patient coordinator staff edit phrases they frequently use, and would also like them to have access to offers and discounts since they are the ones checking people out. Currently can only access this as a business manager.

  5. If you set up buy one get one 50% off and select the promo code it discounts both items instead of the one that is lessor. It should let us select the item or automatically select the lessor item. It's easy to forget and then it discounts both items.

  6. When staff members need to communicate about clients via EMR. Or as task list for staff, for example doctor needs to message nurse about following up with a client in 2 weeks. The doctor puts that task in the EMR, and then in 2 weeks, that task pops up for the nurse to do.

  9. Group booking - instead of going back to the cart to "add more" the system should stop and alert them to select another appointment for the second person before moving to the next step. Currently it allows them to bypass it and go right to the calendar. We have so many guest that are confused on how to book groups or they think they booked their party when really, they only booked one person, leaving the front desk to call them.   10. In-Store E - Gift Cards. We sell a lot of gift cards and we need to be able to sell e-giftcards online . is this something coming in the future? this is vital to our business during the holiday season and had I known this was not an option I might have chosen another platform to run business.

  11. When filtering sales transactions by date, if you go into details of transactions, you are currently unable to go back to your filtered list. Whenever a filter is applied, if the "back" button should take you back to your filtered list instead of starting over. Currently, if I want to review each transaction, I have to start over and re-apply the filter every single time.

  12. Allow for larger gift card quantities ($1000-$5000). Most of our treatments are over $500 so the max of $500 is limiting for patients.

  14. The cards that are store in the payment methods should also be an option to use in the membership payment options. If a client changes the card on file and deletes the old card, the membership still charges that card that was deleted from the payment section. When I added the clients new card to the membership payment it also shows up in the payment section as an option to charge. It should go both ways whatever cards in the payment methods should able to be selected without having to retrieve the card number from the client again. I see…

  15. I HATE the auto confirmation and reminder messages and I want to be able to edit them fully. I hate that you guys charge so much for text messages, even when it doesn't cost you anything. I hate that it's 5 segments for one reminder text. So that's my feedback
