  1. Too many clicks to make edits on services or products at checkout. The price field is already there. Should be able to click right in it rather than the three dots and dropdown menu.

We have had several clients add themselves to the waitlist online through the option that says, "don't see a time that works for you, join the waitlist," but they have added themselves to days that our providers are not working. For example, we have a provider who works only 3 days a week, and people add themselves to the days that she doesn't even work. If there were a way to display that certain providers are unavailable so that clients dont put themselves on a list they will never get off of that would be ideal.

  10. I need a report that sorts out detailed line items in a summary so that I can organize my income into Quickbooks. This also needs the ability to toggle on/off payment types so that I am getting the numbers for Credit Card Purchases, Checks, Cash, Account Balance.

    The Purpose is so when Boulevard pays out the credit cards sales, I can sort those payments into the respective category of sales in quickbooks.

  11. When staff members need to communicate about clients via EMR. Or as task list for staff, for example doctor needs to message nurse about following up with a client in 2 weeks. The doctor puts that task in the EMR, and then in 2 weeks, that task pops up for the nurse to do.

  14. online booking exact dollar amounts instead of percentages. When we set up online booking deposits, we can only do a percentage. Our business charges exact dollar amounts like $77, $99, etc.

  19. please allow tipping to be customizable. Id like to turn tipping off at the Duo, but allow tips to be manually entered if a client wants to tip. Or have tipping turned off for some services and on for others. I don't like our weight loss and HRT clients being asked to tip
