  1. The fact that you can not save the date range ("month to date" or "last month") with the reports is a huge setback

    It always resets when you open (re-open) the report.

  2. Vouchers that are in a package should reflect the product/service cost. Currently if you have vouchers in a package - which we sell during our customer events. BLVD takes the number of total vouchers divides it by the package price and assign the same value to all items in the package. This makes payroll a nightmare and packages useless. An example of this is if you have a package with THREE 60 minute massages at $200 each and THREE facials $100 each. The total package would be $900.     -First supply the text: title and options, then choose the format: multiple choice, dropdown, or checklist.

  7. Regarding the new review platform, I see some improvements over previous iterations. However, the ideal configuration would be a direct prompt to a review platform of our choice, such as Yelp/Google. Once the customer spends generous time reviewing us internally on BLVD platform, they are unlikely to follow prompt for additional posting. We are essentially cannibalising our own reviews by using this feature.

When I'm searching through a patient's payment history and going into an order I want to be able to get directly back to that clients order history...but once you open an order you can't go back and need to start over by searching for the client again. Would save a ton of time when searching through an individual's orders for something

  10. When staff members need to communicate about clients via EMR. Or as task list for staff, for example doctor needs to message nurse about following up with a client in 2 weeks. The doctor puts that task in the EMR, and then in 2 weeks, that task pops up for the nurse to do.

  12. We have a large number of clients who request that we print out all of their future appointments when they come in for an appointment. Right now, we have to copy and past all of their appointments into word and print from there. This is the same for emailing appointments. In the client overview there should be an option to print or email.

  14. This feature would introduce the ability to track lot numbers and expiration dates for inventory items. Currently, the system only allows input of quantities, SKU/UPC, pricing, cost, category, and brand information. The proposed enhancement would:

    • Add fields for lot numbers and expiration dates in the inventory management system
    • Enable tracking of products by lot, improving traceability
    • Allow for better management of perishable or time-sensitive inventory
    • Facilitate easier recalls or identification of expired products
    • Enhance reporting capabilities to include lot and expiration information

  17. Can we PLEASE stop with the resources populating the schedule every time we book an appointment. It's incredibly frustrating and TIME WASTING TO HAVE TO GO DELETE THEM ALL AGAIN, AND AGAIN, AND AGAIN ALL FRICKING DAY LONG!!!!! If I wanted all those columns jumbling up my schedule I would put them there!! UGH!!!!!!!!!!
