  2. I didn't see this as a previous idea. It would be nice to send a link to our intake from via text message. I know clients check their text messages way more than they check their email so this could make that process more efficient

  3. Problem: Resource schedule mirrors provider schedule for a service. Patient is using a treatment chair during the entire duration, however provider can see other patients while the first patient is doing an IV treatment. Schedule allows other appointments to be booked for that treatment chair (resource) even though it's "busy".
    Solution: When creating/editing service, have a box to select if resource is "busy" during processing time, even though the provider is not.

  5. This is confusing for clients as the injectors have different calculations for different brands of botox units. Include item, total and tip not "units" please.

    I’d love to suggest an update to the online booking system — allowing businesses to choose whether or not to require a credit card when clients book online.

    As both a business owner and a consumer, I’ve noticed that some new clients are hesitant to share sensitive credit card information with a business they haven’t yet established trust with. Personally, I’ve skipped booking appointments online for this reason, and I believe some potential clients do the same.

    While I understand that requiring a credit card helps protect businesses from no-shows and last-minute cancellations, I believe that decision…

  10. I'd like to promote certain stylists with special offers so an option that allows us to pick the stylist that the offer can be booked online would be great. Right now i have to make a special version of the same service and only have the stylist I want to have the special active on it.

  11. Please allow us to sort Reports alphabetically (by report name) and please FIX the the 'sort by date updated' which is broken

  12. I’d love the ability to offer “after hours” or exclusive booking windows as a perk for members at my medspa. Currently, there’s no built-in way to tie specific appointment availability to membership status, so I have to create workarounds with manual booking or hidden time blocks.

    It would be a game-changer if I could assign certain time slots or staff hours to be visible and bookable only to clients with active memberships. This would add serious value to membership plans, helping incentivize retention while keeping standard hours for the general public.

  15. It would be nice for a Resource Schedule on BLVD to be able to integrate with a google calendar, like staff calendars can. Many marketing applications are able to use the google calendar integration for staff, but it would be critical to have the resource calendar built in the integration, as well, to prevent double books on a device.

  16. Being able to search the Account Balance Report by date. It only displays in real time now. It would be very helpful to know your client balance liabilities at the end of the fiscal year for accounting purposes.

  19. Instead of blocking clients from booking with EVERYONE, but sometimes only a specific stylist doesn’t want to accommodate a customer and don’t want to get booked by he/she again.

  20. It would be nice if we could add the offer code at time of booking. Apparently this happens for online purchases with promo codes, but not in-house. In-house it can only be added at checkout which means we need to create a cheat sheet of codes so they can add to notes to remember to apply it at the appointment day, leaving a lot of room for staff mistakes.
