  1. If a service is scheduled for 2 hrs. and it only takes 1 1/2 hours, upon check out the appointment should shrink up and leave a gap. I am trying to coach employees that overbook time how they could get in other services and are wasting time and utilization of their day.

  2. I would like to see ability for merchant accounts (independent contractors) to be able to automatically pay rent through ACH. Right now I have to create a membership as their direct payment method using their credit card and they are charged a fee and I am charged a fee so I don't receive the full rent amount.

  4. As an owner and a practitioner of a medical spa, it is frustrating to have to to individually deselect all the resources and/or providers for that particular day(s) that I am trying to view each time I log in. Would love the option to deselect all.

  6. It would be nice to know who is signed in on the home screen such as initials next to the icon in the top right corner. This would be helpful for those who have multiple users using the front desk computer.

  7. On the calendar view, when you click on the appointment, it would be helpful to see the date that the appointment was rescheduled, rather than the original booking date and rather than having to click into the appointment and having to view the appointment details.

  9. The ability to checkout via the app is very helpful! It would be great if it could be connected to an iPad and Duo device to allow the full checkout experience.

  13. When a client is marked as late cancel or no show (specifically no show) the email they receive should read something along the lines of “we missed you today!” Etc versus the standard “your appointment has been cancelled.” The email should also include something about “fees will apply due to the last minute cancel/no show… see cancellation policy here” etc

  14. Clients need to have multiple tabs open to see their current appointments vs. booking a new appointment. Makes it hard to schedule/reschedule around their calendar.

    Would like them to live in one space to encourage ease of scheduling.

  18. Similar to shopify or any other pos -> more visual charts/reporting

    There should also be a much clearer dashboard for all memberships/subscriptions:
    total count
    total active
    total inactive
    payment overdue
    churn %
    ltv per client
    FORECASTING - we should be able to have an idea as to when which subscriptions are being renewed (% of those approved on a daily basis/card declined,etc.)

    just better backend reporting all in all

  20. I need the text reminders to have the option say what the appointment is for, and who the provider is!!!!
    example: "Your appointment for HYDRAFACIAL with LINDSEY is today at 9am"
