Resource Calendar toggle
We would like an option to toggle the calendar view for resources. Currently, if no resources are selected in the Calendar view and you select an applicable service - a resource is then added back to the calendar view.
We would like a toggle to keep resources unselected.

Do not include tech Names in reminder emails/text for “Anyone” bookings
When a client selects “Anyone” instead of a specific technician, it means they agree to be seen by any available technician as part of our rotation system. In this case, technician names should not appear in reminder texts or emails. Including a technician’s name can create the expectation that the client will be seen by that specific technician, which can disrupt rotation fairness and scheduling flow.

Add client's last visit to the overview tab in the client profile pop up.
Have a new line named "Client Last Visit" between "Scheduled Appointments" and "Scheduling Alert".

Charts
we should be able to add a chart to a client profile without having to book an additional appointment. In my situation the appointment disappeared from the schedule and now I cannot add my chart note. Also, if we need to add phone correspondence, we should be able to add a note.

membership agreement copy to client
When a new member joins, and they are prompted to sign their membership agreement, which SHOULD be a signature, not just an "I agree" button. The client should automatically be emailed a copy of the contract they just signed.

New Payment processing System
The payment processing is clunky and doesn’t allow the mobility of on the fly check outs. I had a pt complain today that our set up with a seperate monitor is the most risky for fraud. Having a true compact processor (like stripe or godaddy has) and ability to swipe on the phone would be much more streamlined.

It would be great to be able to upload inventory from faire. They have connection with Shopify, clover and square.

Remove expired offers
When an offer reaches the end of the timeframe for when clients can redeem it, the offer code should automatically be deactivated and removed. This would save time by not requiring it to be manually removed.

Report for Offer Inactivity
A report that includes offers with most recent redemption date. This would enable businesses to review which offers are stale and can be deactivated.

Have option for client to add gratuities to the purchase of a membership or package
I would like there to be an option for the client to add gratuities onto their purchase of a package of membership, making there no need for any transaction at the end of their appt.

Export custom reports without having to save first
currently when exporting a beta report you have to save to keep your customizations to exporting. It should export as is without having to save.

Unlinking New Patients Discounts and Referred By Patients Credits
Rather than always giving new patients something for being referred, the referrer should get their credit separately without having to give something to new patients. That might not effectively work if you're not always doing a campaign for new patients to always give them 15% off all the time. They should be allowed to be turned on and off individually instead of being on together

Sandbox Instance
It's a pipe dream, I'm sure— but it would be amazing to have a full duplicate instance of our account so our trainees can work on everything BLVD without the risk of messing anything up.
All the training materials are great, but since there is no sandbox, our trainees have to work on live clients and schedules, which then requires someone to be with them to ensure they don't accidentally make a big mistake while learning.

Workflow inefficiencies created by Boulevard Platform
One of the biggest issues with this practice management platform is the lack of operational workflows truly aimed at improving each practice's management of their business.
We need to be able to have unique customizations directly through boulevard as we are not paying to utilize BLVD as a merchant processor but rather for our practice operational needs and medical records. Not giving us an option to create a unique experience that fits our brand is disheartening to say the least.

Client Customization
Wondering if there have been any updates on this request? Again would like to convey the importance of this as it is essential to our brand and our ongoing willingness to continue to be patient with boulevard. I am not sure if the reason boulevard cannot do this is because of the fact that it wants to control how patients are being navigated with communications through boulevard to only optimize boulevard and its search engine optimization?

reminder to book for members
Would like to see a marketing feature that will automatically send members a reminder to book based on the type of membership. Each membership will need to be setup in a way the reminder goes out at different time frames.

disable cancellation
Disabling the cancellation setting and having them contact the salon to reschedule or cancel. Ive never had so many cancellations until I moved to this platform. I haaaate it!

An option for stylist to see their projected earnings for the week to see if they will hit their target.
Some of my stylist like to see what they are projected to make before the week starts. It helps them see if they are going to hit their target or if they need to get more clients on the book.
