  3. STOP INCLUDING "TEXT NO PROMOS" IN THE TEXT BLASTS. It is not legally required to be there every time. I had a bunch of unsubscribes, even from our regular clients and text users! As they pressed stop they now are not getting texts at all from us. I should have the option to exclude this.

  4. Iphone integrated their tap to pay on payment softwares. But boulevard still hasn’t integrated it in their software. It would make it easier for rental stylists to do their own check out in a full salon where the access to checkout is more difficult.

  5. Please allow us to see the credit card that was used when a membership was active. Once a membership is in "cancelled" status, you can no longer see what card was used to bill this each month. Sometimes people are just signing up for a different membership or they cancelled for a month r two. When we go in to sign them back up we can see what card was used in the past.

  6. We manually create our own google review request each day (because the review request on boulevard makes it more difficult for us to attain google reviews) but we have to create a new audience every day because there is currently not a filter that shows clients who had appointments today - can we add that as a filter?

In the staff scheduling function, If you change someone's shift to "unavailable" (they have requested time off down the road, they need the day off for whatever reason) If their travel plans change or the day off in no longer needed and they are available again... When you put their schedule back in, it deletes ALL future shifts for that day of the week, and you have to then go back in to add those shifts back in, but also have to now check the calendar view to see if there was potentially and other days that were requested off…

  11. The current staff performance report changes a deactivated staff member's "Scheduled hours" to zero, even though the staff member was available to schedule for those hours.

    I am guessing this is tied to the crazy fact that deactivated staff members are removed from the past schedule completely.

    I would like to see metrics for how booked we were in the past, even though some of those people don't work here anymore. This information just vaporizes when the person leaves the business. Please keep them on the historical schedule and provide this information in the schedule.

  13. when a client request to change their billing date, the only option is to change the next charge, but then it goes back to the original. currently, the only way to change the billing date is to cancel the membership and set it up again. this consumes too much time and energy, and angers clients.

  14. Allow Zapier texting capabilities. Due to BLVD reviews not being posted to Google, we need a way to send a review request that actually posts to a public platform. Zapier can help us do that but does not have texting capabilities with BLVD.

  15. We really need to know how clients would rate our individual therapists after services vs. just their overall experience. Because so many of our clients have multiple services with different therapists it is important for our clients to rate each therapist so we know if there are issues on an individual level not just overall. So while we love the "general" experience rating, we want to drill down a bit further and then say something like:
    Rate your massage with Stacey
    Rate your manicure and pedicure with Kelly
    Rate your wax with Leah
    This would be a huge help to…

  17. Currently when I import the Boulevard Private Calendar URL to my personal iCloud calendar, the standard setting is to remove alerts and attachments. Is there a way to change that, when my calendar has the location and alerts set up it gives me 30 min notices before appointments which syncs to my Apple Watch which helps me stay on schedule and it notifies me that it is time to go from wherever I am at to go to work. that setting is like that for almost every other imported calendar

  18. Having an error box / warning pop up when employees try to book outside of unbookable time (specifically when clicking "Select Time on Calendar" would be super helpful!! This includes booking during closed hours but also booking outside of employee's scheduled shifts.

    For example- "The time you selected is outside of your availability. Are you sure you want to continue?"

  20. We used to have the capabilities to click the arrow at the bottom of the page to choose 100 or 200 products per page. I don't want to keep flipping pages to get what I need when we have over 150 products for instance. That would only be two pages to click through.
