Feature Request: Toggle On/Off for Image Mark-Ups
Enable the ability to toggle image mark-ups (annotations such as Botox units, injection sites, treatment notes, etc.) on and off when displaying before-and-after photos.
Currently, when patients view before-and-after images, the photos often contain visible mark-ups showing treatment notes, units, or injection sites. While useful for clinical or internal purposes, these mark-ups distract patients and take away from the emotional impact of the transformation. Patients want to see a clean, side-by-side comparison of results without overlays interfering with their perception of beauty and outcome.

Have recipients name and from on gift card, in case gift certificate is lost we can look it up.

Create a way to add custom duration directly in the "accomodations" tab of a clien'ts proile.
You can only adjust and save a specific client's duration on the book and save it. I would like to be able to just add a new accomodation under their profile.

Give Voucher to clients at will
I would like to see on the back end an option to create vouchers that can be applied to client's accounts at will by certain permission groups. This would be useful for specials and such. Currently, vouchers are only in Packages and Memberships. Also, I would love if vouchers could be applicable for products, not just services.

Reopening an invoice
The ability to re-open an invoice so we don't have to void orders. This skews our patient visit numbers for providers when having to duplicate appointments

Text and email reminders for appointments!
Right now, text reminders are only available for 24 hours before or same day reminders. We have noticed the emails either get lost or go to spam, and 24 hours isn't enough time to fill openings if they cancel . If the 3 or 4 day notification could be text too it would help the business a lot. Clients read texts way more

Setting to Show/Hide Voucher Values in Sales Order
On the Sales Orders, show breakdown of what was paid by the Client more clearly vs just the overall total of the entire Order. Ex. What they were charged and exactly what for, especially when using a Package/Membership.

Create report categories that shows percentage such as retail to service %, returning clients %, new client %, returning client %.

Allow iOS app checkout to connect to Duo
The ability to checkout via the app is very helpful! It would be great if it could be connected to an iPad and Duo device to allow the full checkout experience.

Follow up Email/Text
To be able to send a Text/Email message after the appointment asking for review or some other feedback. Perhaps there could be an option during checkout to send follow up the next day or something. Message could be custom

Permission: Reports
We should be able to customize which reports staff can see. It is all or nothing currently. Staff shouldn't see company info or each others info.

Add options to show "no resources" to iOS app
The iOS update shows resources on the calendar. The resources show up any time that "is working" is chosen for staff, even if you don't choose any resources to show. The resources should only be enabled if you choose them or choose "is working" from the "all" menu.

Auto populate client names that you clicked on last.
When you are checking a client out or click on an account it would auto populate there name when booking next appointment.

We are BEGGING for the ability to input more than one time block of availability for our service providers
We only want some service providers available to book online for specific time blocks. We would love if we could input multiple availabilities for our employees.
ex:
Jane Doe's Schedule
Monday: 10am-12:30pm,1pm-3:30pm, 4pm-6:30pmWe have a spa that we only take clients at specific times and in order for our clients to be able to book that online we have to constantly put in reset blocks in their schedules every day they work and repeat the time blocks for months in advance due to the fact that their "schedule" has to say "9am-5pm".

It would be so helpful to be able to see client notes in the App! Under the Details tab. Tp appear under Appointment notes.

Modify own appointments when multiple providers are booked
Need providers that have the 'modify own appointments' to be able to edit if multiple providers are on the same appointment. We do not want to enable 'modify all appointments' but still need providers to edit their services on an appointment when multiple providers are assigned.

Purchase orders -access within privilege groups
Many of my staff members (in different privilege groups) are capable of completing a purchase order upon receiving inventory. But I don't necessarily want them to have access to all the tabs under "Manage Location", especially Billing and Staff Schedules. Please allow extra flexibility in assigning access for privilege groups.

Inventory reports
Allow past months inventory levels to stay recorded. If we need to go back to a past month there is no way of cross checking. I find it ridiculous to have to manually add and deduct purchases to get this number.

Abitlity to separate schedules based on service type for different parts of the day
Currently I have to have duplicate profiles and it is not a great experience for reporting or payroll
