Provider Access to Individual Client Ratings in Boulevard
Providers should have the ability to view their own client ratings in Boulevard. Currently, only admins can see these, and enabling this feature for providers also grants access to other providers’ ratings and additional permissions, which isn’t ideal. It would be helpful if providers could receive an email notification whenever a client leaves them a rating, and if they could view all ratings left by clients directly within the client’s profile.

Class Management
Class Management - This switch to Boulevard has almost completely killed our customer base when it comes to Classes. No one signs up anymore due to the difficulty and confusion of booking. We have loved most things about our switch over from Vagaro, but trying to offer all of our classes is somewhat of a nightmare. Inventory update
Add a place to include the expiration dates of products so they notify you when expiring. This would save time every month when doing manual inventory

Alert when Booking Online
Alert the client when booking online that they already have a profile. Clients make multiple profiles because they can't remember their password or don't remember they have a profile and they end up creating multiple, which is a problem when we go to look at their history and their is nothing there. We then have to search if they have another profile.

When a customer has a credit on their acct, it would be great if that credit was more visible.
A credit on an account should be in red so that the person checking them out see's it easily.

Do not remove cancelled appointments from schedule
Currently cancelled appointments just go away. Instead, having them turn red or another color that signifies it was cancelled would help us.

Reminder
Can you create something on a client profile where we can set reminders to reach out to the client in 3 mons 6 mons etc. to follow up. Something that will pop up the day we set it for to reminder us to reach out. It would be really helpful.

incomplete charts search
Could you add more search criteria to search for charts that are in progress and have not been completed? As in a date range and by service staff so it's easy to identify incomplete charts for a range of dates and not by one day only and to filter by staff member.

Can you add the notification option if a client reschedules also. It would be helpful to know real time about an opening in the books for the stylists so it can be shared on social media

ability to send forms not attached to an appointment
I think other people have suggested similar things but I have not found this specific one. We seriously need to be able to send forms even if a client does not have a scheduled appointment. There have been several occasions where this has come up. Our current issue is needing to send insurance verification forms for our biller to access BEFORE a client schedules an appointment. Increase gift card max and allow multiple gift card purchases in one transaction
Current gift card max is $500, which limits our ability to sell gift card bonus specials. Plus you can't even buy multiple gift cards in one transaction to offset that limit. Please fix this. You should be able to buy gift cards for any value.

Pricing at booking
The prices being shown on online booking often makes the client think they are being charged right then and there. There is a tiny blurb about how the CC isn’t going to be charged but most people overlook that. There needs to be an option to switch this off. I’m running ads and it’s losing me clients on the back end

Adding addendums to completed charts
It should be possible to make edits to charts after being completed, and the edits should be auditable. There should be a larger character limit as well than notes currently allow.

Ability to add multiple shifts to a single business day for a staff member
Rather than adding time blocks to separate the times a staff member is on-shift, it would be helpful to be able to add multiple shifts for a staff member on a given day.
