  1. PLEASE allow us to text/email customers their invoices through boulevard. this would be fantastic for those who see a product on social media, and they want to reserve and pay for their product ahead of time when limited stock.

  2. Can we PLEASE stop with the resources populating the schedule every time we book an appointment. It's incredibly frustrating and TIME WASTING TO HAVE TO GO DELETE THEM ALL AGAIN, AND AGAIN, AND AGAIN ALL FRICKING DAY LONG!!!!! If I wanted all those columns jumbling up my schedule I would put them there!! UGH!!!!!!!!!!

  3. One suggestion I have for BLVD would be the ability to create package product options in addition to service packages. For example, with Sculptra we may offer a package of 4 vials at a discounted rate. Depending on the patient’s treatment plan, those vials may be used over 2 sessions for one client and 3 sessions for another.

    Currently, when these are only built as service packages, it can create issues with inventory tracking and provider commission reporting on the backend because the actual product usage may vary by appointment. Having the ability to create and track product-based packages separately…

  4. This feature would introduce the ability to track lot numbers and expiration dates for inventory items. Currently, the system only allows input of quantities, SKU/UPC, pricing, cost, category, and brand information. The proposed enhancement would:

    • Add fields for lot numbers and expiration dates in the inventory management system
    • Enable tracking of products by lot, improving traceability
    • Allow for better management of perishable or time-sensitive inventory
    • Facilitate easier recalls or identification of expired products
    • Enhance reporting capabilities to include lot and expiration information

  7. Vouchers that are in a package should reflect the product/service cost. Currently if you have vouchers in a package - which we sell during our customer events. BLVD takes the number of total vouchers divides it by the package price and assign the same value to all items in the package. This makes payroll a nightmare and packages useless. An example of this is if you have a package with THREE 60 minute massages at $200 each and THREE facials $100 each. The total package would be $900.     -First supply the text: title and options, then choose the format: multiple choice, dropdown, or checklist.
    -Copy & Paste- the copy should appear directly beside or below, NOT at the bottom of the document.

  10. For the "fill slow days" and "last minute openings" we should be able to have the actual date, time, and provider name that is available listed in the communication for the potential patient to see.

    Otherwise, this just looks like a generic "book with us" communication instead of a tailored communication for that specific provider's open schedule times. This would greatly increase conversion.

  12. There needs to be a way to assign tasks to providers. If a provider needs their nurse or assistant to call in a medication for a pt, there should be a way to the provider to assign that task to the nurses profile.

  13. We need the ability to send treatment consent forms over manually to patients without them needing to schedule a new appointment. In the forms and charts section, there should be the option to send treatment forms directly to a patient with an existing account.

  14. We often need to document a phone message, or lab results, or need to create or complete a "task" of some sort for patients. Can we please create a "task" schedule or tab that we can see for patients. Currently our work around now is scheduling an appointment so we can document the task, but it will send the patient an appointment reminder if you create which confuses the patient. So a way to create and complete tasking for various items in charts without having to create an appointment would be extremely helpful.

  16. We have a large number of clients who request that we print out all of their future appointments when they come in for an appointment. Right now, we have to copy and past all of their appointments into word and print from there. This is the same for emailing appointments. In the client overview there should be an option to print or email.

  18. We sell vouchers for individual services. When a person buys a voucher for a massage, but decides to gift it, it is a pain to void that voucher and then create a new voucher for the other person. It's messy and for members that are able to gift some of their membership vouchers as well.

  19. Would like a way to offer a service that's comprised of multiple consumables trackable for inventory (ie. Microneedling service + topical exosomes with associated microneedling cartridge and exosome dose) - presented as a single, clean service to the client without showing the client the internal consumables on the receipt.  Having a top-level service with associated add-on services configured with product usage allow for proper inventory decrementing, but would like to hide the internal consumables from client view.
