  3. On annotatable images, I would like a "total amount injected box" that adds together the number of units or volume of substance that has been charted on the image. This function is available on other EMR platforms, so it must be something that could be developed. The value of having that box automatically populate the amount that has been charted, is that it prevents injection volumes form being omitted or forgotten on the treatment image, which keeps inventory and record keeping medically accurate.

  4. PLEASE allow us to text/email customers their invoices through boulevard. this would be fantastic for those who see a product on social media, and they want to reserve and pay for their product ahead of time when limited stock.

I need ASAP to know the appointments being booked day by day, and I contacted the BLVD person and she is telling me that this is not available inside BLVD and that only can be selected by person performance which is not what I need. I need a report of all appointments being booked day by day to make sure that appointments have been entered appropriately, scheduled with right services. I can’t be going day by day to see who was booked and what services they did because I have new employees on training still and this is a new…

  7. I love that customers can do a review in their follow up texts, but it would be even better if they had a link to give us a review on google. Otherwise, these reviews are only seen internally. I would like these great reviews to be seen by everyone.

  9. I just had another client come in and have to book in person because he couldn't figure out how to get a service out of the cart with the booking widget. People don't know to hit the service to get the button to remove the service. Also, the back arrow on the widget is sooooo small and in an area that people aren't looking. Please make it big and put in a spot where people can see it. PLEASE, please, please... update the booking widget! I would have lost that client if he didn't come in to book his appointment.…

  10. There should be a way to auto-toggle staff as assignable when creating new services. Or assign to specific roles.
    Ex: new Massage service -> toggles all providers within Massage Therapist role.

  13. Currently, when appointments are booked manually (outside of online booking), there is no way to collect a client’s card on file without contacting them directly.

    This creates extra administrative work and delays, and leaves bookings unprotected.

    Suggested Solution:
    Allow businesses to send clients a secure link via text or email to add a card on file for any appointment, regardless of how it was booked.

    Impact:
    Reduces admin time, improves efficiency, and helps protect against no-shows while creating a smoother client experience.

  14. If a patient no shows or cancels same day or within the time frame of the cancellation policy, it should show no showed in their appointment history instead of cancelled so we can differentiate between the two.

  17. I would love the ability to create packages that include both services and retail products as part of a single bundled offering.

    Current Limitation:
    At the moment, packages are limited to services only. This creates friction when trying to sell results-driven programs that require both in-spa treatments and consistent at-home care.

    Why This Matters:
    For many of us in the skincare industry, results come from a combination of professional treatments and homecare. Being unable to bundle products into packages makes it harder to:

    • Create true transformation programs (e.g., acne, pigmentation, anti-aging)

  18. Sometimes a client is booked for a service with an esthetician that has an add-on but the add-on needs to be performed by a nurse. It would be helpful to assign the add-on to the nurse so they can see it on their schedule. We have just been adding a time block to hold their time.

  19. An email that gets sent to new clients after their first visit.

    This email would thank them for choosing our salon with CTA to review and book their next appointment (if not already done). This email should also include their personalized referral link. This email should also include cross-promotions that are offered within the other departments in the salon. (e.g after a color appointment, skin or head spa services)
