  1. Having a priority tag for waitlists would be hugely helpful. Occasionally people have a client they want to contact first and as of right now you have to dig through all of the notes of individual clients, which can be quite a feat for longer waitlists.

  2. It would be beneficial to have the maiden name of clients connected to their profile as well. We have clients get referred and list a client's maiden name or married name, but we can't find them in the system because their new/old last name isn't updated.

  7. Booking a client after the service is completed. the front desk should be allowed to put a client on that same day with our interference. the service is already done, we are just trying to collect the money and we can't even put the service in the system with our all the non sense. It is actually making me book the service for another day. WRONG Answer!

  9. It would be great if there was more support after signing up with BLVD, it is so difficult to get any help other than "look at the videos". Those are so short that they are of no help. I was told that you only get a short window of support and then you are on your own. If i knew that prior, I would have reconsidered my choice.

  11. Would love an option for "Service Buffer Timing" or something similar that does not reflect the additional time on the service time to the client and also does not allow that buffer time to be overbooked. Ex. client gets facial with tech1 and brows with tech2 and that buffer time isn't able to be booked for brow time, it would book brows after the buffer time.

  12. We have VIP clients we manually add a % discount to all their services. we would like to be able to have a button that automatically adds the % discount to anything they book vs the current way where we have to manually add the discount to each service type and it saves for future appointments

  13. For clients who are always late, good for them to book online and this comes in automatically.

    If a client who has a False Start books online we need to text them and see if they can come in 15 min earlier and add the false start.

  14. Seeing number of weeks over the days in View Times tab when selecting appointment time (ex. +1w. +2w, etc.). Similar to number of weeks listed when you select the date dropdown in the upper left on Calendar view.

  15. When a new service is added, I would like to choose "default settings."

    In my case currently (and I know this is not for all), it would be auto-assigning the new service to all locations (we only have one right now), all staff, etc. Also, ensuring that forms are updated to include that service. For example, new client intake should auto-add the new service.

  16. Different therapists are able to perform different services. We have to adjust every enhancement not good across the board for every therapist to an add on, and it makes things confusing and less fluid for our clients when booking.

    If a therapist is unassigned for a service enhancement, that should reflect when a client books online.

  19. My client was trying to add a haircut to her existing appointment using her account log in on our website. The system would only allow her to reschedule or cancel. Would be great if they could add or modify services themselves.

  20. Please add an Accordion for standing appointments. We do not need to see 100s of appointments on account. 5 would be fine and then we can open up the full list if we need.
