  1. Membership changes like day of monthly renewal or changes to type of membership plan should be an edit option rather than having to cancel current membership and then resign patient up for new plan all over again.

  2. Please make an easier way to draw attention to a note. Like a sticky note or post it that can be attached to an individual patient document or chart. Bonus if you can tag staff members to direct attention to the note

  4. When a refund is initiated and fails whether due to a processor error, expired card, or other issue there is currently no automatic alert to notify staff. As a result, these failed attempts can go unnoticed unless someone manually checks the status, increasing the risk of unresolved refunds and negatively impacting the customer experience.

    We are requesting a feature that triggers an in-app alert to the location’s Notification Center as well as an email to the location’s designated email address when a refund fails. This would ensure the appropriate team is immediately informed and can take corrective action without delay.…

  5. We have people that come A LOT so having to scroll through all of their appointments in order to get to their purchases is very time consuming, especially when a client is standing in front of you waiting. Thanks!

  7. We would like an automated text with forms and updated contact information sent before the patients appointment instead of via email. We find that clients are more likely to respond to requests via text message as opposed to email.

  8. Current offers section (gear icon > Offers) can't currently be filtered or easily sorted through after a certain number of offers. It would be helpful to have a report that has all active (and deleted, for historical purposes) offers with all details found on that page, such as code, discount amount, audience and sale item restrictions, etc.

  9. We see patients virtually out of state. Appointments only allow us to book and send reminders in our current time zone, however. This create confusion for the patient in a different time zone. Is there a way to show what time it will be in their time zone when booking and reminding them of their appointment?

  11. Currently circular logos are not easily supported - and even when trying to upload a square logo with a white background there is a black shadow/frame on the logo. It would be nice to have more customization options so the logo blends seamlessly.

  13. We have to use external platform as a funnel for gathering new clients by offering an incentive for joining our newsletter from our website. Currently BLVD only takes in new clients if they book a treatment/service. Is there a way to gather more marketing funnels.

  15. I would like to see ability for merchant accounts (independent contractors) to be able to automatically pay rent through ACH. Right now I have to create a membership as their direct payment method using their credit card and they are charged a fee and I am charged a fee so I don't receive the full rent amount.

    • Forms should be able to be copied and turned into a chart and vs versa so you don't have to start from scratch if you want to change it!
    • Also on both forms and charts, common fields should be automatically populated! Fields that should come up automatically include patient name, date of birth, today's date. It's a hassle to fill these out each time! Even the provider's name should come up.
    • When the patient fills out the form with their personal information, it should update their profile (with birthday, allergies, etc.)

  16. We would like a report that can show Clients pronouns if entered. Or a Pronouns column in the existing "Client Records" report. We would also like the ability to filter by Pronouns in the Clients tab.

    This way, we can market and create audiences based on gender.
