Inform Clients on SMS Communications of “NO PROMOS” option
Inform clients of "NO PROMOS" option when the "STOP" option is offered. This will help with retention.
Additionally, when Clients text STOP it hinders our ability to two-way message. If No promos was offered, I think this would help. Thank you!

Ability to make your synced google calendar private to co-workers
Right now, if you sync your google calendar, it blocks off those times in your schedule. But the whole office can see every item in your personal calendar- it does not appear to co-workers internally as just a block. It only appears as a block to clients. Please fix this asap- No one else needs to know when I'm at the dentist or my kid's school play.

renaming old charting for quick reference
Being able to see previous charting quickly is vital. Is there a way to "Rename" old charting so we could make a quick call on what was done without having to open each file ? EX:
1/1/25- Laser Hair removal Chin, upper lip and legs..
instead of
1/1/25- Advanced charting

When booking online we would like to know where we got the lead from.
We need to know where we are getting our leads from so we can adjust our marketing budget accordingly. ie google, yelp, facebook, etc.

after so much time, comments in appts start disappearing. I would like to see comments from all appts.
On the history tab where we put our comments/notes for the visit, after so many visits they disappear and we are unable to look back at those notes.
Maybe add a next page button so we can still have record of all appt notes.2 votes -

For employees to have individual access to only their sales numbers
Employees need to have access to ONLY their sales numbers and not to the entire staff or see other staff pay.

Group Booking - Staggered Time Visibility
Currently the times shown for group booking online show only the selected time, even if some appointments in the group start later. We would like all start times to be reflected in the booking widget

Pop up message
We have our schedule blocked for self booking 24 hours out and 3 months in the future. It would be nice if a pop up would tell them to call instead of just saying not available. They don't know that the schedule just isnt open that far out.

Sales Summary with Staff & Payment Data
The ability to reference which staff member was associated with a transaction and or part of a transaction would be an extremely helpful addition to reporting.
The end goal would allow us to add the staff member that performed the service or sold the product in which the transaction is being paid for within.

Plugin for "specials"
While we utilize the overlay for all services, we would love to see the ability for specials to have their own booking links that could be set to pull into a "monthly specials" section or page on the website, automatically.

Allow faster scanning at checkout
This would require a backend change most likely - but when scanning things in checkout, it would be extremely helpful if you could scan items in and immediately go to the next line without having to wait for the system to find the first item in the database.
If a person hits enter to go to the next line at checkout, it could continue searching for the previous item in the background while allowing sequential entries. I've used web-based envision before and it would show small loading bars under previously entered items until it finds them, but wouldn't stop you…

2nd text line for marketing
We need a 2nd line solely for marketing. It is confusing guests with messages and promos plus some said STOP to the marketing and turned everything off. Auto messages fail then and they get annoyed. May be best to have a dedicated marketing text line (that is also 2 way BTW).

gift receipt options
It would be nice if our customers could have a gift receipt with their purchase In the case that the receiver of the gift wants to return/ exchange an item, they could do so.

Allow More Information to be Available in Zapier
I create a database and Google Sheets reports of all new patients and use Zapier to feed this information from BLVD. I would like to see Customer's Address, Provider, First Sale and Referral Source added to fields that can be exported. Thank you.

Show online service name as different than service on our schedule
Example: Someone books "The Full" but on our end it will say "Chemical 4" meaning we have 4 increments of time to apply. This is pretty crucial for time based salons.
