Suggestions for Enhancing Performance Management Features in the System
Dear System Provider, As long-term users of your system, we deeply understand the importance of clarity and simplicity in daily report management. Based on this, we would like to propose the following suggestions to further enhance the system’s functionality in performance management:

Limit amount of bookings for a specific service
We would like a way to limit the amount of clients who can book for a specific service in a given time range.
This would allow us to run "Class" type services and limit the amount of users who can purchase this service and ultimately attend.

When I try to print reports they download very small, I can't read the report. Even when I try to mess with sizing on printer. Can you adjust these report to open bigger?

discounts - bogo- more options
I would love more discount options. We are not a discount model but Jan and Feb are always slow and we run our best discounts then. It is a great time to mee new clients, much like a gift cert....pls let us encourage customers to bring a friend for less!

Allow an exact date as a choice for an expiration date on vouchers
Allow a specific date to be set for a voucher expiration instead of just a specific number of months or years. Still keep that as an option, but also add in the ability to choose a specific date. This way, you don't have to add to a profile or have a client purchase and then go to each profile and manually update the expiration date.

Waitlist modifier
There should be an option to add a modifier to the persons request of service on the waitlist. This is helpful due to some modifiers being linked to time wanted for service (i.e. a modifier/addon that adds 15 mins to a service time)

Allow custom links in client communications
There is the existing ability to add a link to forms, cancellation policy to automated client comms, but there are other custom links that may be useful for clients, specific to the business.

Allow specific parameters for which service providers can be apart of the NEW Referral Program.
I would love to try this to help build my new stylists, but cant bring it on bc my stylists that are booked out dont need to offer this. Bummer

Same Service Double Booking Alert within X Timeframe
An alert for internal teams and/or clients that book the same service (e.g. haircut) within a certain timeframe (e.g. one month).

Update Gift cards to work like the new vouchers
The new voucher report is wonderful for showing sales, redemptions and expirations. It would be great to update gift cards so we can set expiration dates and have them automatically expire and have the same style report for them.
Expiration is not legal in all states, but it is in my state, and Boulevard makes this SUPER hard to do as there is no report showing when gift cards are sold, it is all sorted by the last use.

Resource Scheduling book in numbered order
We would like the ability to assign Numbers to resources so they could be booked in order.
For example, if we had three rooms - Room 1, Room 2 and Three. We would like Boulevard to add logic to Resource scheduling that would book Room 1 first, then for another appointment Room 2, then Room 3.
Obviously still keeping staff schedules into account, but booking in order.

Purchase Order to Include Product Price Field
Leviticus would like a way to update product pricing from the purchase order screen. For example, when you make an order we're waiting on and it arrives and the price has gone up, I would love if changing the unit price could update the product price.

Membership Refunds/Dates
Would like this added to the Membership tab... If payment has failed and the client has put a new payment on file... it charges them for missed months but it would be better to know what months were missed on the order notes or invoices. We have had a few client issues with this because they get charged multiple times in a month to catch up and don't understand why. So there needs to be a change in wording on the receipts. Also on the backend, it would be nice to see when we refunded the membership in the membership…

Quickly view which locations a product is active at from the Gear icon
I'm in the process of downsizing our retail based on how many of each product is sold at which location. We already don't sell specific things at different locations, but it's hard to remember these without switching locations each time to check. I would love to be able to:
- go to the gear icon, then 'products'
- select a product to edit
- view in the editing panel which location has this product activated, and how many are currently in stock
- a bonus would be to see how many minimums that location also keeps on hand!This would…

Similar to client tags, being able to tag staff members and filter the calendar by those tags.

Apple Calendar needs to update rescheduled appointments
If clients reschedule their appointments, they get a new text & email confirming the change, but when they click "add to my calendar" it doesn't get rid of the original appointment, so they will now have 2 different appointments on their calendar. Has caused confusion for several clients.

Commission calculations should be done with the business charge taken out after the %percentage is figured.
Make the commission report able to toggle so the business charge can be taken out after the providers commission % is figured.
