  2. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled due to a scheduling conflict, it would be nice to pause reminder texts/emails to the customer while still keeping it on the book so the front desk can reach out to customer

  3. It would be great to have a confirmation window appear (similar to when an appointment is rescheduled) after you make edits to an appointment. Ex: change service, time etc.

  8. Ideally I think the option to show Best Times for anything more than 2 days forward is fine for optimization, but showing the today and tomorrow options of All Times would lead to greater booking

  9. when two appts are merged and one persona pays, the history of that transaction does not go onto both accounts. we have some clients with missing transactions and it is because its on the other persons account. This is not a good scenario

  10. On the daily schedule, if a client is doing a bunch of things, combine the all the separate services together... make it one big box with a list of services instead of a bunch of little ones. Especially if it's the SAME TYPE SERVICE.

  11. It would be great if you could hover your mouse over each employee icon it would show the services they do or offer when in the Calendar view. This would allow easy access when scheduling to know who can and can't do certain services. This would be especially helpful when someone is new to the system it displays everything they need to schedule appointments smoothly.

  12. When a stylist needs to take a period of time off, we want to be able to block online booking but still be able to book internally. If we turn off online booking currently then clients are unable to book for a future date.

  14. When a client pays with a gift card I am not able to complete the transaction if the gift card is less than the amount due. I should be able to apply the gift card and then there should be an outstanding balance to complete the transaction
