  8. We would like the ability to add the Discount perk type to a package. Currently this is unavailable.

    Additionally, there is no messaging telling you that perks are required to save a package - this would be helpful to add.

  12. Our front desk computer runs Chrome, and we have multiple websites that require multiple passwords that are autofilled when we need to access them. Having to manually enter a password everytime is tedious and time consuming. On the downside, it means everyone with a BLVD login can log in to eachother's profile. This means receptionists have access to admin info and without logging out, people make notes under the wrong profile.
    There is currently no fix for this, but would be cool if you could come up with a workaround.

  13. If a patient changes which membership they are on or the cost of their membership changes, it would be nice to be able to edit the price that the patient is being charged rather than cancelling and restarting a new one

  18. We have a mandatory liability form that all clients must sign to utilize our services. Sometimes clients start the form and do not press submit -then ipad times out and the signature is lost. It would be great to have an alert at check out to notify us if a client has not fully completed their necessary forms for that reservation.

  19. We noticed our clients who usually call to make an appointment, when they make their first online appointment, BLVD creates a new file for them. This is confusing for a number of reasons but also not having merged history and appointment notes makes it super irritating.
