  1. Looking for this feature as we have Estheticians who also work front desk. If they are assigned as an Esthetician, they will show available on the calendar even if they are working as front desk. Need to assign different job roles per day in the employee scheduler.

  7. I used to never get any disputes with my other credit card machines, Elavon. Im a little shock by the amount I have lost and dealt with on actual customers. I want to see if anyone else is seeing an up tick from Boulevard to their previous companies and why.

  9. Some stylists don't charge over Boulevard, so if there was a way to close out a clients appointment so it grays out so we know its been paid and taken care of instead of it staying the same color.

  10. Option to turn off and on the price in any form of text or email confirmation. We sell things in singles and multiples and patients are getting confused if they typically purchase more than on on why the price is higher than the text said it is.

  11. Support a device like this https://www.magtek.com/product/idynamo-5 USB-C credit card reader that works with the DUO App on an iPAD. We follow all of the best practices such as keeping the iPAD on all of the time, firmware updates to the DUO, and DUO app updates. We still have issues time to time with the BlueTooth card reader and creates a very bad customer check out experience. Thank you.

  12. I've noticed when you try to rebook a client from their service history, their service provider (stylist/colorist) disappears from the calendar. It would make the most sense that the client's stylist/colorist's schedule would be the only one to appear or at the very least remain visible on the calendar. When this happens, I'm then having to manually pull the stylist name and schedule up in order to book the client.

  14. If you charge clients a no-show fee in Blvd, it counts towards your service and appointment count in all reporting. This provides an inaccurate count of actual completed appointments. Blvd should have these fully separate, or have the ability to filter them out. No-show charges ideally would function more like a product sale.
