REMOVE PRODUCT COMPLETELY FROM INVENTORY
I know we can grey out a product by dis-enabling but I would LOVE to really clean out our inventory by removing products completely, especially because we have duplicates made on accident.

Separate batches for inventory
There needs to be a way to include multiple batches for product inventory. For example I often have 2 batches of neurotoxins and fillers at a time with different LOT numbers and expiration dates. There also needs to be a more efficient way to track product expiration.

Personal Calendar Integration Options
It would be helpful for us to have the ability to block certain staff members from viewing other staff members synced calendars.
Additionally, a privilege group that would allow us to provision this would be great.

Mandatory Client Detail Fields
I would love to see us collect more data, I want to be able to mark client details fields as mandatory - this would also allow us to build better audiences. For example First Name, Last Name is mandatory but also we want to make birthdays, phone numbers and emails so that patients can be contacted for reminders or marketing etc.
I need this to hold my staff responsible for collecting it as well.

Improve Form/Chart Status to Avoid Confusion with Unsigned Documents
It would be helpful if Blvd could update the forms and charts to accurately reflect the true status of a client's signature. Currently, when a client doesn't sign a document, it still appears as "Completed" on their profile, which can be misleading. To prevent this confusion, I suggest that if a form or chart is not signed by the client, it should not be labeled as "Completed." Instead, it should show as "Pending" or another more accurate status to avoid any misunderstanding. This would help ensure the accuracy of information and reduce potential errors.

Allow recurring schedules to have different resources attached
We have providers that work all day, but are only available for telehealth half of the day, and in-clinic the other half. Right now, in order to correctly display their schedule online, I had to create 2 separate accounts for the same provider in order to attach them to the correct "resource." I would like to be able to have one account reflect their schedule.

Set an order that forms are filled out
We wish to be able to set an order that the client fills out multiple forms. For example, first, they see "new client intake" then they see "medical history" and then HIPAA, and then photo consent.

Preserve "Another Client" Referral Option when Referral Program is active.
Once the Referral Program is activated, "Another client" ceases to exist as an option for Referral under a clients contact information. This may and has resulted in the inability to later manually edit / add another Client as a referring party when the Client who was referred pre exists as a client with completed appointments.
We would like for "Another Client" To remain as an option even if the Referral Program is active.

Remove "custom" option for online gratuity
We have an automatic 18% gratuity, but online booking allows guests to enter a custom amount. This creates confusion and issues at checkout when we remind them of our auto gratuity policy and they respond with "well why was I able to customize it online then?"

Non-admins who can edit timecards shouldn't be able to edit their own
Managers have access and should be able to edit timecards for service providers and other non-management employees. They should still not be able to edit their own timecards - this should be left to Admins only.

It would be so helpful to be able to see a list of unsigned "draft" notes so we have an added safety net against unfinished documentation.

There should be an option to print and save a pdf file of the client's chart/forms in case they would like a copy or if we have to submit documents to their other doctors or to do a prior authorization on their behalf. Patient's have the right to obtain a copy of their office notes and or forms completed.

Simple work flows using your automated marketing
I would like to send a welcome email to clients after their first apt with our marketing info in it. It would not be a -pls re-book, but information on what is the norm what is not. Post care for the welcome to massage. You should be able to select when this should be sent. For example, after the first visit, after all visits.

Separate client contact info and tag permissions
We use the tag system heavily operationally, so all our team members need to be able to see tags. I would like to restrict service providers to limiting client contact information for important security and business protection reasons, but I can't because they would lose tag visibility which they need to perform services accuratly. Separating this in permissions would be a HUGE win for us.

Service Provider reflect in Online Booking, but not bookable.
Would like to be able to still show all providers at the business- however if a provider does not want to partake in Online Booking, then it would be great to be able to add a note stating to call the business to book with them, instead of not listing them as a provider at all.

We need a faster way to assign services to employees. You should not have to click each individual service and toggle employees on!
We should have a faster way to assign employees to services. We have upwards of 40 different services and to click each one and toggle employees on, is not efficient. Maybe you can have the employee tab have all service listed automatically thats assigned to the store they are coded too and then toggle them on or off from there
