  1. Allow text boxes to be used on charting on images. Ensure the text box is "sticky" this will allow for cleaner unit charting for services such as botox and fillers. Handwriting between providers varies and the pin box causes too much chaos on an image. its not precise or clean. This would also allow for laptop charting to be more efficient. This is a med spa must.

  2. Hello Skin does not currently have a way to address a special price per unit for services like botox and filler without creating separate services. Instead, they must translate this into a percentage discount within their membership offer settings. Unfortunately, we only support discounts as a whole number. If they have the ability to create a discount such as 10.83% for example, they can be more aligned with the dollar savings they are trying to closely replicate.

  3. Our state doesn't tax sales over $500. So being able to manually turn off tax for certain services in one clients checkout would be amazing! I have to finagle the amounts every time which takes up a lot of time.

  7. It would be nice if the Duo would allow the client to enter their tip amount and that figure would import to the check-out screen on the dashboard. It can be awkward for the receptionist and for the client to have to discuss the tip amount when they are paying cash.

  8. When you change an appointment type , the system should update any resources attached.
    The appointment stays linked to the resources associated with the other appointment type. This can cause double booking of a device.

  10. When creating a repeating or standing appointment, it would be extremely helpful if the system displayed a preview list of all the upcoming dates that will be scheduled.

    I’ve used another scheduling software that included this feature, and it made a big difference in preventing conflicts. Being able to see all future appointment dates in advance allows you to immediately spot if any fall on holidays or planned vacations. You could then easily adjust the frequency, modify a single appointment, or set an earlier end date before finalizing — instead of having to go back later and make multiple edits.

  11. When a client has several expired vouchers on their account it is difficult to toggle through the account without a delay. It would be easier if I could delete large groups of expired vouchers at one time. At this point I am only able to delete it on at a time.

  15. Essentially we sell time! It is super important for us to be able to plan and budget knowing how many hours have already been reserved in an upcoming time period versus how many hours are available. This information is critical for us to track our growth and plan for the upcoming month with budgeting as a team based salon!

  17. I would love the ability to create pre-treatment time (e.g., numbing) that is part of the patient’s appointment but does not block the provider’s schedule.
    For example:
    A patient books Sculptra from 10:00–11:30.
    From 10:00–10:30, the patient is numbing in the treatment room, but the injector is not needed yet.
    The injector should remain available to see another patient until 10:30, when the injection portion begins.
    Right now, if I build numbing into the service duration, the provider is blocked unnecessarily. If I split numbing into a separate service, patients can’t easily book both online in one step.

  18. We would like an option to toggle the calendar view for resources. Currently, if no resources are selected in the Calendar view and you select an applicable service - a resource is then added back to the calendar view.

  19. When a new member joins, and they are prompted to sign their membership agreement, which SHOULD be a signature, not just an "I agree" button. The client should automatically be emailed a copy of the contract they just signed.

  20. Rather than always giving new patients something for being referred, the referrer should get their credit separately without having to give something to new patients. That might not effectively work if you're not always doing a campaign for new patients to always give them 15% off all the time. They should be allowed to be turned on and off individually instead of being on together
