Re-route responses to appointment reminder emails
Is there a way to re-route responses to appointment reminder emails directly to the messaging platform so these emails aren't missed?

I know it adds lots of complexity, but a basic IMAP email client integrated into the platform would be super amazing to consolidate messaging for our front desk.
