Choose what you get notified with.
I want to get notified when we recieve a message from a guest, but I don't want to get notified every time some cancels. My email is blowing up, unnecessarily, and I can't turn it off unless I also turn off the one I really need to recieve.

Wait list should not be available for days the particular staff are not scheduled or booked.
It should only show provider potential availability for times that are already scheduled booked for a staff member.

TIME TRACKING
As of now, we have to use a separate software to track employee time off request, time off, sick time, vacation, PTO etc. An integration of time tracking would be super advantageous for salons.

Adding some options to the app
We are new to the system but came from another and we use our phones a lot. Some more user-friendly options would be great.
1-It would be nice if we could see the whole week at a time.
2-it would be nice if when we clicked a time on a specific persons schedule , it would allow us to just book that time with that person instead of us having to still choose provider and time.

API - Documentation Enhancements
Developer is struggling with our documentation around working with memberships. He is asking for a guide with sample code and examples.
Would be really nice to be able to point him to a "Working with memberships" guide on our API docs along with a Postman Collection to share of mocked up queries

Ability for deposits and gift cards to go to booth renters merchant accounts
We would like our booth rental stylists to have the same capabilities as our commission stylists in gift cards and taking deposits and have those go to their own merchant accounts.

Have Forms Specific To Certain Artists (Employees)
Because our artists are independent contractors some would like to have varying protocols (ex a 48 hour cancellation policy vs our usual 24 hour cancellation policy) for certain services. It would be beneficial to have forms able to assign to certain artists appointments rather than to service specific so we don't have to make all new services just for one form.

Specify a technician for discount code
Be able to create a discount code that works for services with a specific technician(s). Right now it seems we can only check specific services.

Add time to shifts on Schedule page
It would be more efficient to be able to click on an empty space on someone's schedule for the day to add additional time, rather than go to edit their entire shift. It was also make it easier because blocks would not need to be added between their available times.

Ability for system to notify business when a merchant account is submitted and the approval status.

after checkout, could "all staff" display?
I notice after Checkout, the staff display defaults to just who provided the service, prompting the user to toggle the "Staff" dropdown to "Is Working" again. Can we stop this auto default, and keep the default to "Is Working"?

Easier access to client profile URLs/IDs
If you navigate to a client's profile from the calendar page (or any page other than the client look-up section), you are brought to the client profile but the URL is still https://dashboard.boulevard.io/calendar, so if I want to share that client profile with someone, I have to go to the client lookup page, search for the client again there, and then can use the unique URL with their client ID. This is a very regular occurrence and would be very helpful if, no matter how you navigate to a client's profile, once you are there, you always have the…
