  1. There should be an option to include a secondary phone number in contact information. Sometimes clients want to provide both a work and cell number, or do not remember which phone number they have provided in the past.

  4. The app should have a feature that allows employee to see their schedule for that week and following weeks (ex. Monday 10am-5pm, Thursday 10am-2pm). As of right now I am having to send my employees screenshots of the schedule on the dashboard. Which is not very accurate in the case of availability changes. The only way for them to see when they work is to rely on the "grey areas" of availability under their name which is very difficult and leaves too much room for error.

  15. If a patient is increasing their membership level/cost, there should be an option to charge it on their normal pay date. Ex. $99/mo to $299/mo, payment day of the first of every month. Patient decides to increase on the 15th, the increase doesn't get charged right away, but instead on the first of the month. My help chat agent advised this is NOT possible.
