  2. The error message that pops up when payments have been blocked are unhelpful as it doesn't specify the reason for the error. There should be a more detailed error message to let customer's know that payments have been blocked.

  4. When searching products in the manage or gear tab the search allows names and UPCs, but not SKUs. Many of our products are barcoded with the internal SKU since they don't have a UPC. Searching by SKU would be very helpful to be able to scan a product and have it come up to manage.

  6. Otherwise the calendar is illegible. I don't understand how anyone can look at the calendar and make sense of it. See attached pic, it's ugly. Even if you limit the number of service providers to spread out columns the issue persists.

  7. Occasionally when adding a tip to the checkout window from the dashboard the system will round my tip and throw off the transaction. I use two decimal points to allocate tips when someone leaves a flat amount for multiple providers so I can split the tip evenly among them. Today I am entering 16.85% and it keeps rounding to 17%. Sometimes it doesn't do that, but sometimes it does. The work around is to do the math and enter the dollar amount, but it is frustrating to have numbers change after entering them.

  11. We often have parent's phone numbers under their children in Boulevard. 99.9% of the time the system uses the child's account when we receive a text from the number. It would be nice to be able to either mark the child as a child of the parent (and pick the parent in the system) or to mark the owner of the number so all of the texts default to that person.

    Having a system of parents and children would be the ideal solution, but I understand it would be harder to implement.

  12. Would like the ability to return list of staff and their availabilities in one query
    Why: Reducing the number of clicks on a custom booking flow

    Allows for the ability to select a date and them immediately display all the staff and their available times

  14. At times on Blvd due to either just first name showing or initials. Would be greatly appreciated if there would be some heuristic approach to solve this when applicable.

    When showing first name of a staff member when (with fuzzy matching) are more than 1 of that first name in a staff directory, show full name in that instance; if last name matches then denote that there are more than one of that same staff name with a highlight and hover over description stating multiple staff.

  15. We would like to see more descriptive text confirmations for clients with multiple appointments in one day. At this time, clients receive separate text confirmations for each appointment and it does not say the type of service and/or service provider name in the text confirmation.

    One particular client was booked for a Manicure at 10am and Pedicure at 10:45am, immediately following. The client received two separate text confirmations and on different days. The client showed up at 10:45am, thinking that her appointment was rescheduled to a later time.
