  2. Being able to use the app to check clients in. Unfortunately our internet can be a little spotty and sometimes I'm only able to work using my phone. It would be great to check clients in directly in the app instead of having to sign in on my browser.

  5. We use Google Tag Manager in addition to Google Analytics your documentation didn't quite work.

    We think we figured out a work-around but haven't tested it robustly yet.

    We adjusted your documentation for our internal use, and shared a version of it at this link for you. It is just a draft -- so it may or may not be of use to your devs, but I thought I would pass it along

  7. Ideally I think the option to show Best Times for anything more than 2 days forward is fine for optimization, but showing the today and tomorrow options of All Times would lead to greater booking

  9. Filters under client tab should be an "and" instead of an "Or" so that when trying to send marketing emails you can send them to multiple selected appointment types instead of only one type

  12. The ability to specify / differentiate each Account Credit purchase and what it's applicable towards (without clicking into history, similar to how vouchers are displayed in the Payment Methods Tab). When granting Account Credit, one should be able to choose what it's applicable towards, whether services or retail, or even a specific service or product (like Offers). Account Balance in the form of a deposit should specify that it's a deposit and have an assigned service to use it towards.

  16. I would like the ability to assign certain take home products to certain services. Similar to how the system shows rebooking options at checkout, I would like it to suggest to the staff take home products that are set. An example would be I set for the blonding service to suggest a purple shampoo. The client may not see this, but it pops up for the staff to see and then suggest. It would help them remember to discuss take home.

  20. Please add a little pencil after the promo code line...the way it is it is not recognized by anyone over 20 as a field that is editable. People do not read. It has to be a place that looks like you can put things. It currently does not. Any time we run a promo our older folks are super confused.
