  3. Make an additional Forms/Charts Section to hold Treatment Protocols and Facility SOP's that staff could pull up for review outside of a specific appointment (protocols could also be attached to specific appointments.) This would help to keep spa documents organized and give staff one place to go to look for information related to how to best perform their job, treatment protocols, etc.

  4. Be able to add forms to the client's chart at ANY time. Not just with booking. We do follow up notes regarding communication with clients after their treatments. Also, we like to send after care or product instructions and we aren't able to do that through Boulevard. We have to do it through an outside source.

  5. Could you please make it so that in the Blvd App on phones and tablets to view the scheduling alerts? It is only viewable through the website on computers.

  6. We have many Spanish speaking clients who use the booking widget. It would be very helpful to have. If they are on the booking widget and could turn on a translate feature to book, that wold be great

  11. The "boulevard booking" option allows clients to book appointments without actually logging in- this is causing our salon to run over on clients because we have some of them saved as 45 minute hair cut accommodations. When they use this booking option it bypasses their accommodation and books them at a shorter time than needed

  12. With previous software first time clients were flagged on the schedule each day. I appreciated this as an owner because it alerted me so I made sure to go introduce myself and chat with them for a minute and welcome them

  13. currently the location selection for Offers will default to all locations and to customize this, we need to select each location individually. it would save time to be able to keep "select all" and de-select individual ones (for instances where most but not all are eligible). this becomes a little more manual the more locations exist

  14. Limit the number of times a client can reschedule an appointment. For example, if the appointment was first booked in February, it should not be possible for them to rebook into April as we have some seasonal services. I'd like for clients to only be allowed to reschedule an appointment no more than twice. After that, they should have to book a new appointment and place a new deposit.

  16. Letting the guest put who exactly the booking is for no matter the email address. We have moms booking for their kids all the time and its always under moms name. It would be super helpful if they could put who the booking is for.

  17. Within the checking out of the client they get all the way through and then we have to ask, would you like a copy of your receipt through email. A customer suggested they be able to say yes or no to this on the ipads

  19. We would love the option to add the client's phone number to the calendar view OR the ability to add to the Staff Schedule report. We print either the calendar view or the Staff Schedule to give to the providers. We use this to issue points and the front desk has to look everyone up to get their phone number, which is pain point for us.
