Create a monthly view for staff calendars
Have a monthly calendar view so we can see what all staff members are working throughout the month, but from a big picture overview.
We have stylists that work every other Saturday, one Saturday a month, every other friday, etc. Would be much easier to keep track from a monthly view!17 votes -
Access to more custom client data in beta reports
Would like to request client data to appear in multiple beta reports (be able to filter)
1- Be able to select any and all info you want to see in all report (client birthday, email, phone, tags, anything from the client profile)

Historical Sync with QBO
Historical sync with QBO - from an accounting perspective, historical sync is a MUST for any sales platform. Most apps I've used offer this feature and do not charge anything extra for the integration itself. The fact that the Boulevard <> QBO integration is $45/location/month and only begins syncing sales data from the date of integration forward is highly disappointing. If I can find a third-party app that will provide those features, I will definitely switch and cancel my Boulevard integration subscription.

Schedule practitioner by service
For example, have someone available for service 1 and 2 from 8-2, but after 2, only available for service 2. Also, daily capping on service time per practitioner - for example massage therapist wants to limit to 5 table hours a day.

Permission: Add / Edit / Delete client notes
Currently the note settings is over all. If a note can be added by the user, they can also edit and delete. The business wants the user to be able to add notes but not have permissions to delete or edit.

Message from Client and Appointment notes on appointment preview end with “…” but should highlight to reveal WHOLE message.
At current the notes of messages end with dot dot dot if it is too long, but I do not believe staff are thinking ever that means there is more. I think they assume the clients or note just end abruptly with “…” because that is the way it was written. I think it would be useful if it either opened the full message when clicked or had a more obvious GUI element to denote that there is more besides being plain text “…”

print draft purchase orders
Ability to print a draft purchase order.
I use the purchase orders to let me know what I have that is low in stock, but sometimes I can't order exactly what it recommends. It would be very nice to be able to print the draft PO so I can use that to order without having to continually switch back and forth between windows.

Disable patients from being able to cancel via email
An option to disable patients from being able to cancel their appointment through email. That way we can get patient to call in to not lose that appointment.

The business would like the ability to disable the emails that are being sent to the business when an appointment is cancelled.

Permission: Client profile contact info, view only state
The business would like to be able to limit staff from being able to delete or change phone numbers but want the staff to still be able to view the information. Just not change it.
