  4. Need to be able to see specifically how many of what treatment the stylists performed over a custom timeframe. Right now we can only see the total for the entire service category otherwise it takes a long time to go provider by provider to get the correct #s

  5. Allow booking widget workflow to be specific to service provider where a link would take a client to the services specific to the service provider and then to appointment availability to allow service providers to easily share with clients.

  6. Would like to be able to have time at the end of service that the client is still "busy", but the resource is open. After a service we need some downtime for the client before they can start another service, but they're not using the resource from the original service.

  10. Sometimes clients want to reschedule their appointment with 2 stylist and are willing to break up the appointment for two different days. Currently it only allows it if it gets rescheduled for the same day and it gets a bit complicated if rescheduling thru the edit page. It would be great if selecting and dropping was an option.

  12. We need to screen employees just like clients and ask the basic screening questions every time they enter the work place. We would like to use the same form we use for clients on the reception app. If we could use a form with a walk-in appointment that would work, or if employees could access forms from the reception app, that would work

  20. Rather than "Hide All" there should be the "only" display option. This will eliminate the issue of the names reloading, as the "Hide All" is so sensitive it does this 9 times out of 10 & is so frustrating!!!
