  1. It would be amazing if you had the option to turn off and on the use of an ipad during checkout so that you could use just one screen to complete the transaction.

  2. Allow the ability to select a service when making a sale so that clients have the ability to pre-pay for a service before they book an appointment. They want to be able to see what they have purchased, not just have a credit on their account.

  4. Need to save WIP notes. I'm often interrupted while making a notes and I have to leave that clients chart and I lose the whole note.

  5. We would love to have the ability in the checkout screen to add quantities to services. I.e. ( Extra Product charges are $XX per ounce used. If we used 3 additional ounces, that would be 3 extra product charges.). Currently we can't do that in the checkout screen. We have leave checkout, edit the appointment, and add it to the appointment, or we have to change the price however in our service report of services sold in a day, having thats numbers would help with product usage etc

  6. On the appointment book - have the "schedule hours for the day" have the option of darker scale. We are having issues of seeing when someone is in the salon due to the colors being to light for behind the appointments. Possibly offer a dark screen scale as option

  7. Please make a way that we can be alerted via the app that we have an unread text messages, so we can respond right away without having to log in. We are unable to respond in a timely fashion because we dont get an alert.

  9. We are having issues where our clients are filling their forms out and the providers are coming to grab them because they have receive the check in alert. It would be nice if it didn't alert them until after they have completed their form so they client isn't feeling rushed by the provider coming in to grab them.

  11. when a clients appointment is cancelled or changed, there should be an option to send a text notification. right now the only option is email notification.

There should be a pop up alert for blocked clients that call the salon and try to book over the phone, instead of just disabling the regular booking actions and getting a notification that the service provider does not offer that service. You should not have to go into the client profile to find out that they are blocked. This could cause uncomfortable interactions between the client and support staff.

  14. We would like a permission to allow a provider to be able to only view a clients profile / information without the ability to make any edits. One permission with this ability would be very helpful.

  15. Stylists should be able to view all client information without being able to edit. Right now the only option to give employees access to phone numbers/emails is to also give access to edit.

  16. Currently, membership statuses only reflect a single state at a time. This limits visibility into important membership history and lifecycle changes. For example, if a membership is in a past due state and the customer then cancels, the system only shows cancelled, which removes critical context.

    Ask is to see an enhancement that allows multiple statuses to be displayed simultaneously or in sequence such as showing both past due and cancelled status within the membership.

  18. I have had difficulty setting up an Event that i need clients to sign up for. I have had to use another platform and then encored cost. Maybe I am unaware how to do, but thus far have not been able to do this.

  20. When looking at a refund for an order, there is no indication for whether commission was clawed back or not. It would be ideal to have that on the refund and not have to look at the detailed commission report.
