better identification of NEW clients & first time bookings

When someone creates a new online profile(new client bookings) the system should notify provider(s) that they have a booking with a new client and then send the client an email confirmation that is more tailored to new clients (advertises add-ons that may be beneficial, links to first timer tips or the provider website).

    It would be nice to know when a client books, if they are a new client.

    This is one of my main issues with blvd. There is no drip...and while maybe you do not need to jump right in and have a full marketing suite....Having to go get a whole system like Mailchimp or Klaviyo and run that system for one email is a bit much. Blvd has so much potential to really MAKE money. But we have to be able to reach people.

    New clients should be treated totally differently, and there should be a new client email /text option after as well....

    Yes! In WA we have to know when they are new so we can clear them virtually with our medical director. This can cost us lots of money if we did see if they were a new patient to us.

    Since we don't use the color coding for services, we ended up creating a new guest category with services like "New Guest Designer Cut", "New Guest Cut & Color Consultation", etc for them to select from our website/online booking. It's a great work-around for us and very noticeable on the calendar.

    Totally agree with this! We want to send a "welcome to the spa email" to the new client and be able to add in spa information and things we want to highlight about our location or the services we offer that they might not be aware of such as memberships, packages, etc. Critical for a welcoming experience and client satisfaction

    Just a suggestion but I set up my color blocks per service and all first-time clients are in as NEW Balayage ect. set to lime green and then we have RETURNING Balayage set to orange to help staff stay on schedule with extra added time for new clients and gives extra guidance to returning clients on what to pick.

    It would be great to know who was a new client, perhaps with a different color for their appointment square to differentiate them from others.

    Star is helpful but it would be great if it could be a different color or the new clients name a different color. We would love for it to pop out who is new that day
