  1. Can Boulevard please consider integrating with Tippy. We had it with our Envision software and it was a game changer for the stylists. Tips go straight to the stylist and there is a huge increase in tips.

  3. Modifiers currently work as intended for customers booking online with Min and Max settings. They should automatically show when booking an appointment from front desk as they do for online (if a modifier exists for a service). They also do not follow ANY of the rules (at the front desk) defined by setup of a service such as Min and Max, rendering them mostly useless because of this broken cohesiveness between online and front desk booking.

  4. Currently the note settings is over all. If a note can be added by the user, they can also edit and delete. The business wants the user to be able to add notes but not have permissions to delete or edit.

  12. My business runs on a membership basis and most members set up recurring appointments. Need a way to automatically cancel all upcoming appointments should members cancel their membership without individually going to each appointment.

  13. To be able to add a voucher/package to the customer's ticket. This could happen if the voucher was registered under services, not products. We have customers who, book for a single service, but at check out want to buy a package and use the first session of the package to pay for the received service. Currently the customer needs to purchase the voucher first, and then I need to go back to the check out box to be able to apply the voucher, but it would be easier if I could just change the single booked service to a package…

  14. We get alot of clients that change their mind when they get home, so they come back in and want to exchange the product or get a refund without ever using the product. So we would put the product back into inventory to sell since it is unopened.

  15. One of the biggest request from the front desk is a copy and paste option for pre-booking an existing appointment. As you know we check out 4OO to 500 clients a week. Most of our clients pre-book their next appointment while in the salon. A lot of our clients have very specific appointment times that are not standard to our normal booking. For this reason a copy and paste would really help eliminate errors and speed up the process of the checkout, which we are in dire need of. This is something that we really really need ASAP.

  16. We have some clients with paper documents (doctor notes prescribing massage, etc...) that we would love to store in their profile. Right now it can be stored as an attachment to notes, allergies, or medications. But it would be nice to have somewhere that can have limited access via permissions.

  17. Hello,

    We would love to have the option to link appointments together. Its great that we can do this at checkout but would be awesome to have the option ahead of time. Linking them so when you hover over the appt on the calendar view it highlights both guests/appts showing they are together

  18. Thank you for updating Boulevard so that the different kinds of appointments can be different colors! It's a huge upgrade.

    I would ask that you have consistency to the color changing afterwards... a simple lighter version of the color would be nice. But to change the tone of the color all together is confusing.

    I like to think I am speaking for other very visual creatives on this

  19. It would be helpful to be able to filter client's history. If you currently cancel a ton of recurring appointments, you won't be able to see actual history in the client profile, only the cancelled appointments. I need to be able either expand history, or filter by status.

  20. It would be helpful to have check-in and check-out alerts, similar to the booking alerts. These are very helpful to assist us if the Client wants the following: Warmer Pod, Music Throughout, Music at the End Only, Their own Music, etc...
