Having the option of the emailed receipt on the customers check out screen so they can decide yes or no to that.
Within the checking out of the client they get all the way through and then we have to ask, would you like a copy of your receipt through email. A customer suggested they be able to say yes or no to this on the ipads

Better (or complete) add-on indications and visibility in app
Appointments with a time extension or add-on are not displayed correctly in the app. You have to click on the appointment to see all the extensions and add-ons. This is a problem because it's easy to miss something that needs time to prepare or set up before an appointment. As an example, we have hot salt stones that need to be turned on at least 45 minutes before an appointment or they won't be hot enough.

Have membership vouchers be separate from other vouchers
Any voucher that is used for the same service or services will be lumped into the same available pool for clients to use. On our end, when checking out we only see the total number available with no distinction between them. This can create a problem because we allow the sharing of voucher packages but not membership vouchers. A client might buy a package with the intent of sharing but those vouchers could be used first through individual appointments. When it came time to share it would look like they didn't have any to share because they'd only have membership…

Create Series tab in the dashboard for memberships and packages
Create an additional tab under the Manage tab or gear icon labeled Series. Memberships and products will live under this tab rather than living under Products.

Loyalty program tiers
Would love to have tiers available to reward our most loyal clients even more - i.e. once you've earned 1,000 points within the year, you earn an extra 0.5 points per dollar spent.

blocking certain services per employee
It would be fantastic to be able to block online booking for certain services per employee on certain days. example i only want to take waxing on certain days and feed my less busy employees the spray tans so id like to block spray tan services with me online to enable my employees to get booked instead

A Beta Report for Booked Forecasting with the ability to filter by Service Name. It would also be beneficial to filter by Service Category, Offer Code (Discount Name), Staff Name, etc. as you can with other Beta Reports.

Allow option to discount a set amount of billing months for memberships
A specific example that comes up for us A LOT is wanting to discount the first 3 months of a membership and then have the 4th term go back to the standard pricing.

Tippy
Can Boulevard please consider integrating with Tippy. We had it with our Envision software and it was a game changer for the stylists. Tips go straight to the stylist and there is a huge increase in tips.

ask before deleting a note
We use the notes to store important information- including scanned forms since there is nowhere else to store them. It is very easy to delete these. You should be prompted to ask before deleting a note OR have a safe space for uploaded forms to be stored- maybe with the other forms.

Visibility of Unconfirmed Clients from the Mobile App
We'd love something similar to the Front Desk view that has a list of unconfirmed clients on the mobile app so our stylists can see it from their phones if they aren't at the salon. Or even if the unconfirmed appointments had a symbol or different look on the mobile app to easily identify them, that would be helpful so we can attempt to reach out to them directly.

Google Adwords Tracking Code
Allow the ability to track Google Adwords Campaign goals by allowing Google tracking snippet or AMP ID in Booking Widget to track completed bookings. This would allow us to correlate our total Campaign spend to Conversion ratio.
I would suggest this be added to the location detail page under the existing google analytics tracking ID (as code snippet or AMP ID)

Need to see offer codes on appointments before checkout
Right now we can only see data on offer codes once the appointments have been completed, so we have almost no visibility into promo performance until the appointments are complete.
