  3. Boulevard should take extra security measures to ensure online gift card purchases by making the purchaser provide their matching billing address to the credit card to prevent fraudulent purchases.

    We had issues with people using stolen credit cards to buy a gift card online and then using it at our salon. Not only are we losing money on the gift card, we now have to pay our service providers their split commission.

  5. Add integration capabilities with Rupa Labs to streamline lab test ordering and results management. This integration would allow healthcare providers using Boulevard to:

    • Seamlessly order lab tests directly through the Boulevard platform
    • Automatically receive and store lab results in patient profiles
    • Track pending lab orders and results
    • Send automated notifications to patients about lab results

    This integration would enhance Boulevard's functionality for medical spas and healthcare providers while providing a more streamlined experience for both practitioners and patients.

  11. Add a built-in installment payment feature for service packages. This feature should allow clients to pay in multiple installments without needing third-party financing solutions like Cherry or Affirm. Similar to Zenoti, the feature would enable salons/spas to configure up to four scheduled payments, with each installment automatically charged to the client's saved card on file. This streamlined solution provides flexibility for clients, improves cash flow for the business, and enhances the overall customer experience by eliminating the need for external (and expensive) financing apps.

  15. As the owner I would like the option to see all booking notifications/reschedules/cancellations for all my staff, right now it is on an individual basis so I can only see my own notifications.

  16. Say someone comes in and gets 10 units of Botox at $12/unit ($120) and the business charge is $8/per unit. The business should get $96 back before commission is paid out but if there is just a flat fee and it is not set per unit then they are only getting $8 back for 1 unit. and everyone gets a different amount of units so we can't just put a random number in the business service charge.

  17. Automatically tag a client when a product is purchased.

    We have monthly memberships and we manually add a 'member' tag, but it would be time-saving if you could setup the products to auto tag upon purchase.

  18. Be able to set perimeters for required info for when a patient is being inputted into the system such as:

    -date of birth
    -phone number
    -email
    -card on file

  19. Change the Text Language - Guests are coming in a day early because the language used in the booking and reminder texts is confusing them.

    "Free cancellation or modification before Thu, Mar 28, 2024 at 2:00pm CDT. After that, changes will result in a charge of 50% of your appointment total."

    We had 3 people in today come in alone. Happens A LOT. I think this is an unintended consequence.

  20. Wish there was verbage on the email booking confirmations something along the lines "add to calendar" or make the appointment time and sevice a link to click. A lot of clients are unaware that theyt can create a calendar event.
