  1. I am paying an ungodly amount in fees to quickbooks for rent each week and would rather give yall that money and have it all tracked in one place for me as a owner. Or some way to create a recurring payments with ACH or credit.

  4. When I send to my team a PDF is easier to print. We also don't use any programs with excel or csv capabilities.

  6. Occasionally when a client needs to cancel they ask to be put on a waitlist for another date. So during the cancellation process when given the option to charge a client, it'd be great to also have the option to move them to the waitlist

  8. The Sales Summary report or total revenue report needs to display the adjusted amount per day on the report for that day/time frame.

    This is important so that the accounting reconciliation of the sales reports will match the bank deposits without having to search through refund or adjustments.

We have clients that have comped services or services that are provided by the studios and they want to add a tip to the ticket, but there's no way to just tip the service provider without making a second appointment or leaving the ticket open which can impact reporting. Need a way for a client to just leave a tip for the stylist without any other transaction

  12. Sometimes I have to go back and edit closed sales so that employees can get their commision. It would be much easier to do this if I could just open a sale and then hit a "next" button rather than having to enter and exit sales and lose my place.

  13. Possibly buttons side by side, one "Collect Gratuity and Charge" and "No Gratuity, Only Charge". We have quite a number of clients who tip outside of Blvd or provide cash (or gift cards), it currently is an awkward and ~15 second task of explaining to client to click no tip then pay. This is easy for our spry clients, but for our less so clients this hold up is very confusing and causes awk-delay.

  16. I love seeing so many glowing reviews for our staff! It is hard for me to send them individually without having to take and crop screenshots. I would love an option where stylists can see their 5 star ratings on their Performance reports

  17. At the moment service providers only get notified when the client self-cancels their appointment. They should also have the ability to set their notifications preferences so they get notified when an appointment gets cancelled at the front desk as well.

  19. My staff and scheduler add appointments virtually from home/car etc using their iPhones and iPads. We came from Square (which had a FANTASTIC app for scheduling).

    We need the ability to search available appointment times for each staff and have it only show the assignable services for that specific staff member.

    Trying to flip through a 3-day calendar view to find available appointments is ridiculous.

  20. First off we love Boulevard and we love that you have this idea section to add to. We were with booker by mindbody and not a fan but one thing that was nice about it was on the calender page if you hovered over a stylist their services and price list would appear making it easy to help book a client over the phone or in person. Hope to see this added someday! Thank you!
