  1. Allowing clients to be able to book out multiple appointments ahead of time without starting all over again. This was actually suggested by a client who is older and prefers to schedule appointments ahead of time online. She found it frustrating that she had to completely start over for each appointment when they all were the same thing over and over again. A feature where you could duplicate your last appointment or booking's services again so you can just skip to scheduling would be pretty helpful.

  2. Currently, once you redeem a voucher, it disappears from payment methods and under history it just shows $0.00 for the service. Having a membership based business, it is a headache to identify how many vouchers was used from which month looking at the history. Maybe have a Redeemed Voucher section?

  3. When booking appointments through the calendar, its important to make sure you're on the right day, it would be nice if the "today" button was brighter, bigger & more centered or near the calendar section to make sure you're on the right day.

  4. Current liabilities reports are a snapshot in time at the current moment, but that makes it difficult to reconcile previous time periods. Liabilities should include a date field to be able to go back and see the liabilities for Dec 31 or June 30th.

  9. Today we need to sell a New Product Sale first to then be able to see Redeemable vouchers on today's appointment. Ideally we should be able to check out the appointment, add a membership and redeem a voucher correctly ZEROing out the Service while retaining the Tip based on full price of service all on the appointment checkout. One step vs two steps.

  10. For new clients or clients that trust the quality of a business, they don't necessarily need a single service provider. By forcing them to select a certain staff member, we're potentially limiting their options to come in at what might be a convenient time for them. I suggest an option at the top of the staff selection bar that is "any" "pick stylist based on time selection". I do believe this will increase revenue and also lessen the barrier for a new client to come into the shop based on their own booking without worrying about who to choose.

  12. Med spas that have injectables will bill, pay commission, and track inventory based on units injected. That amount can change from appointment to appointment and will prevent a business from having 100 different botox services listed with different units. This is also beneficial for vouchers where a client can buy 100 units and use those units at different values for redemption.

  15. It would be useful if the clients were listed in alphabetical order since we have multiple clients who share the same name. Usually when we find this occurrence we would add the last four of their phone number to their name that way we do not confuse the clients when booking or appointments or checking out in sales. We tried to go through all of clients but quickly gave up because we have 22,000 clients that we have to go through since there is no option to refine by alphabetical order.   16. Support for multi-merchant businesses to process payments for deposits and account credit in affiliation with their multi-merchant accounts i.e. have the ability to direct deposit funds to a specific merchant account rather than the general business.

  18. I think asking our clients what they would like to tip outloud puts both the receptionist and client in a weird position. We've been suggested by a few to allow discreet tipping, either on the Ipad app or through email.
