  1. I would like the option to create a retail product bundle - ex: holiday skincare bundle with 5 products. With the ability to sell that bundle and have the individual items pulled out of their respective inventory.

  2. It would be extremely helpful if we could add notes to an invoice while the invoice is still open. Now, we have to close the invoice then go back in to the "order" to add a note. Our providers creates the invoices in the room with the patient so this feature would be helpful for them to add notes in the invoice for front desk to see or even for front desk to add notes.

  3. Can there be a way to close out all marketing text messages once they are sent out, so they do not flood the open messages and then needs to be closed 1 by 1. There are hundreds.

  4. Lead capture of name, phone #, and email when someone clicks the booking link but does not book. In order to accomplish this, ask for this information prior to seeing booking options.

  5. Would be great to have a number counter on mark ups screen. As a med spa that does a high quantity of neurotoxin, having a counter to double check units w/b very helpful. I understand this number would not be connected to inventory or front desk check out (which w/b ideal), having a counting system would also help prevent lost revenue.

  7. I'd like to be able to see the breakdown of the cash register in previous day's register count. Right now you can only see the cash totals and it would help to troubleshoot when there are register discrepancies to be able to see if someone just counted the total number of 20 bills wrong.

  8. Need the ability to edit what the cancellation policy states in the booking widget and not have the Boulevard default policy appear, since sometimes it is not correct.

  11. We need a way to track outstanding balance for customers on bigger packages. Some don't get approved through Cherry, etc. so we allow them make weekly payments throughout their 6-8 week package. There is a way to track customer credits but we need a way to track amount owed and ideally this would populate during checkout.

  14. There should be a condensed way to be able to look at the full service menu for a provider. If someone wants a list of all services that they are coded for, we should be able to easily pull that list up and either email, download, or print it. Also, when we are booking an appointment in the calendar - we should be able to pull up the provider and see a condensed list of their services... not all the services in the company.

  18. Can we have the calendar show how many weeks in the past a certain date is(-1w, -2w, etc)? I frequently have to count backwards on the calendar and that would help.
