  1. This is CRUCIAL to retroactive analyses. If I was to ask of myself and staff to forecast scheduling needs based on our own data, it would be impossible at the moment without quite a lot of workaround. Example question; "How busy were we leading up to X holiday in 2020, 2019, 2018". At present, we can only see the schedule of service providers that are still active. Workaround would be to reactivate all staff if one remembered who worked when, then deativate them... this would cause vulnerability for seconds to minutes as reactivating could open staff for booking, send backlogged…

  5. We notice if a client is rescheduled or moved from one stylist to another, no notification is sent to the stylist about an added appointment like it is if it were a new booking. Example: Stylist A was out sick and her 9am was moved to Stylist B, Stylist B almost missed that she had a 9am because she wasn't sent a text or an alert from the app.

  6. A majority of Boulevard's market demographic have business hours over weekends. It's very frustrating when something goes wrong during business hours and no one is there to help.

  9. Make the App more user friendly and add more functionality

    There is very limited things you can do on the app. We should be able to send messages to the client in the app from the boulevard number, View common owner functions, view reports (cash, sales, choose timeframe), checkout clients with tap or card swipe connector, add items and services, view transactions.

  10. Text communication is so simple and helpful for clients throughout the day who don't regularly check their voicemail. We can easily change appointments and answer questions. It is nice we have that feature with our own number on the dashboard on the computer, but I wish we could also pull up messages on the app so I can be easily notified with a response with a client and stay up to date on busier days.

  11. When clients reschedule their own appointments online, the system does not send them an updated communication with the new date and/or time. They then call our business to make sure that it has gone through. Please update this to save time for everyone. Thanks!

  12. I really like BLVD so far, but a lot of the users on this platform are providing medical treatments and the charting system should reflect that. I want to be able to have lab results integrated, as well as a way to chart a visit of any kind without having to make a form. Ive never had to make forms with other systems. BLVD should include a more medical/professional charting system.

  14. currently the only way to send clients the required forms is to book an appoitnment, but there should be a way to

    1 - manually add a different form to a clients profile

    2 - click a button and manually send off that form via text/email to the client

  15. When a cancellation email is sent out, the from name is "Boulevard", not the business name like the email reminder and booking confirmations. The from name on this email should be consistent with all other communications sent to the client.

  16. STOP INCLUDING "TEXT NO PROMOS" IN THE TEXT BLASTS. It is not legally required to be there every time. I had a bunch of unsubscribes, even from our regular clients and text users! As they pressed stop they now are not getting texts at all from us. I should have the option to exclude this.

  17. Be able to use a previous gallery photo in a current chart. We do not always get day of photos of patients and need to be able to use old photos in the gallery for a current chart. Right now, we have to screenshot the old photo and upload it as new. We end up having the same photo in the patient's gallery over and over.

  18. Guests would love for us to be able to print all upcoming appointments. We can screen shot from the computer but it would be very helpful to print out for those guests who are not tech savy.

  19. Setting that requires a card on file for ALL in house appointments. An appointment cannot be made, without having a card on file. Multiple team members frequently forget to collect card info when scheduling in house appointments. It would be helpful to have a setting that would not allow them to forget to collect card information to schedule the appointment.

  20. Display an itemized list of each account credit added under payment history with the reason for easier tracking rather than just one arbitrary lump sum.
