Please send clients confirmations when they reschedule appointments online!
When clients reschedule their own appointments online, the system does not send them an updated communication with the new date and/or time. They then call our business to make sure that it has gone through. Please update this to save time for everyone. Thanks!

This should be a must. Otherwise, clients show up on wrong days because they don't see any communication about rescheduled appointments
