Itemize account credits
Display an itemized list of each account credit added under payment history with the reason for easier tracking rather than just one arbitrary lump sum.

Product Credits: promotional priced pre-sold items (IE Botox for a deal) should show the "deal" amount in the patients chart. NOT the full ticket price. If I am running a promotion, the patients account should reflect the actual amount they paid so it's clear what their "deal" was.
