  1. I think you need to create a formula section. Yes we can add them in notes, but a more efficient way would to have the right section for the right information. Formula's are one of the most important part of our jobs. There should be a time/date stamp and the ability to edit. It would also be nice if it would show up when you you click on clients name from calendar. This way stylist would know if they had a previous formula. The more info we can have the better.

  2. Sometimes I will do a helpchat on one computer and then I don't know that someone is trying to checkout someone on the other computer. They keep getting interrupted by the helpchat popup.

    How about just a minimized slider on the right side that shows an animated exclamation point or something like that. So you know there is a new message but it isn't constantly popping up and blocking everything.

  3. It would be great to appointment types. New Non-Requests (NN), Repeat Requests (RR) and New Requests (NR). It helps greatly to know these stats for employee growth. What percent of their clients are repeat clients, what percent were their clients recommending them (NR) and how many were New Non Request, clients the salon gave to the stylist or colorist (NN). Way more important than Tags to us.

  4. when you move a client to active it would be nice to have a time stamp to ensure the client is receiving their full appt time.

  6. Used to be able to open closed orders and change if a service provider was requested or not. Would like that function back

    Example: Provider added services to an appointment and he was marked as requested for those services when he shouldn't have been. Wasn't corrected at checkout and now there's no way to go back and edit the requests which is throws reporting

  7. Please let us edit automated client emails like receipts and confirmations, in more detail. They sound generic, and it’s wild that this basic feature costs extra- as much as a phone bill! We just want our messages to sound like our brand. Many other platforms I compared you to offer client communication at no additional cost or at much higher quantities per tier. Please update this!

  8. our former booking platform had an Express Booking option. New client would call in, we would get their name and number and book the service with service provider and then while still on the phone we selected "Express book" we would say "did you see that text come through?" OK perfect. Just finish filling that out in the next 10 min and your booking will be confirmed and all set. It is time sensitive so make sure you fill it out completely as soon as we get off the phone. They input the rest (Email cc, correct spelling of their…

  9. I'd like to charge my clients automatically a $25 reservation deposit for their appointments to decrease cancellations and no shows. The $25 would still go towards their service, and for them to automatically pay for it on the online booking overlay.

  10. The current forms software is just not as inclusive as all of the others out there. Not being able to send a form separate from an appointment is very inconvenient. I have membership agreements and package agreements that aren't tied to specific appointments, but need to be filled out and kept in the clients profile. what is the point in having online forms if i have to keep separate forms for these things. it makes me want to cancel my forms subscription and use a seperate application.   13. Please create a built-in Employee KPI Dashboard in Boulevard that lets salon owners and staff track real-time performance vs. goals — directly in the app.

    Key features should include:
    • Goal setting by employee level (Intro, Level 1–4)
    • Real-time tracking of service $, retail $, rebook %, add-ons, etc.
    • Commission tier tracking (e.g., current tier + progress to next)
    • Staff login view to see personal KPIs and goal progress
    • Admin view for full team performance with filters by week/month
    • Daily/weekly summary emails or mobile notifications

    Right now, we’re forced to build workarounds using Google Sheets…

  15. like the time stamps for a full appointment reschedule, having time stamps for any changes to an appointment (ie provider change, room change, etc) would be incredibly helpful when trying to figure out appointment/schedule changes among staff

  19. add a feature to allow prices to be set on the backend but hidden from clients during booking? Right now, we set prices to $0 to prevent price shopping, but this requires staff to manually enter the price at checkout. A solution where staff see the correct price while clients see a placeholder (e.g., “Pricing Provided at Appointment”) would save time, reduce errors, and discourage price-sensitive browsing.

  20. currently the only way to send clients the required forms is to book an appoitnment, but there should be a way to

    1 - manually add a different form to a clients profile

    2 - click a button and manually send off that form via text/email to the client
