Cancellation fee customization improvement
Including; business charge for cancellation fee, set time limit for when appt can no longer be cancelled without fee, for clients that have been charged cancellation fee before auto increase their cancellation fee with notice for future appts, option to divert controlled portion of cancellation fee to account credit.

Appointment/ Client Tag reporting
It would be fantastic if there were a way to run a report for specific client/appointment tags. Example: We have a client tag that states "Stylist was late to client" I would like to run a report to see which stylists of mine are repeat offenders. Or we have a "no charge" client tag- again it would be amazing to run a report to see which clients are not being charged/ how often this takes place.

Resources bookable for services without service providers
It would be helpful to be able to book a room as a resource without needing a service provider tied to the appointment. A lot of businesses have services that do not require a provider.

Receiving rent payments through Boulevard
I am paying an ungodly amount in fees to quickbooks for rent each week and would rather give yall that money and have it all tracked in one place for me as a owner. Or some way to create a recurring payments with ACH or credit.

It would be helpful to be able to choose to publish good ratings/reviews to business website. Booker has this feature.

When I send to my team a PDF is easier to print. We also don't use any programs with excel or csv capabilities.

Have a tab in client profiles for soley paperwork or SOAP notes
As massage therapists in the state of Michigan, we are required to fill out SOAP notes for each and every client. Having a place specifically meant for all of the clients paperwork either to upload OR for clients to fill out online would be PERFECT. Not sure what the rules and regulations are in other states but this is a MUST for us!

Staff messaging
The ability to create a message that each staff member must read before they clock in for the day. For instance: "Our new promotion is starting today." or "Reminder, we are closing early on Tuesday."
This will ensure the staff member reads the message and is informed or reminded of a policy, store change, etc.

Option to cancel an appointment and move the client to the waitlist
Occasionally when a client needs to cancel they ask to be put on a waitlist for another date. So during the cancellation process when given the option to charge a client, it'd be great to also have the option to move them to the waitlist

Ticket for only a tip
We have clients that have comped services or services that are provided by the studios and they want to add a tip to the ticket, but there's no way to just tip the service provider without making a second appointment or leaving the ticket open which can impact reporting. Need a way for a client to just leave a tip for the stylist without any other transaction

Be able to navigate through closed sales without having to exit out of each sale to go to the next.
Sometimes I have to go back and edit closed sales so that employees can get their commision. It would be much easier to do this if I could just open a sale and then hit a "next" button rather than having to enter and exit sales and lose my place.
