  1. It would be nice if there was a way to scan a paper form into Boulevard, so if a guest doesn't fill out their electronic form, we can still save it on Boulevard for viewing!

  6. The Sales Summary report or total revenue report needs to display the adjusted amount per day on the report for that day/time frame.

    This is important so that the accounting reconciliation of the sales reports will match the bank deposits without having to search through refund or adjustments.

  11. A report that can show the dollars made per hour. They are looking for it to show the busiest/most lucrative time of day without having to view from the calendar view. Or a report that would separated per service provider to see if on average, their mornings vs evenings are busier.

  12. When a client indicates gratuity during online booking, it should be pre-selected at checkout and show up on the ipad so they don't have to enter it twice OR so the client doesn't skip adding gratuity at checkout bc they assume they already did so when booking online.

  14. Possibly buttons side by side, one "Collect Gratuity and Charge" and "No Gratuity, Only Charge". We have quite a number of clients who tip outside of Blvd or provide cash (or gift cards), it currently is an awkward and ~15 second task of explaining to client to click no tip then pay. This is easy for our spry clients, but for our less so clients this hold up is very confusing and causes awk-delay.

  15. We should be able to edit a purchase order after saving it and clicking Next. Sometimes we receive the wrong item or an additional item, and it seems unnecessary to have to create a new PO for just one item rather than be able to edit/add it to the existing PO. This would also help POs match invoices across the business.

  18. Having a reception app for clients so they can check in when they arrive at the salon in the event we don't have front desk staff (to cut down on people in the salon) and to limit people all touching the same iPad & stylists needing to remember/take time to clean the screen.

  20. I love seeing so many glowing reviews for our staff! It is hard for me to send them individually without having to take and crop screenshots. I would love an option where stylists can see their 5 star ratings on their Performance reports
