Cancellation fee customization improvement
Including; business charge for cancellation fee, set time limit for when appt can no longer be cancelled without fee, for clients that have been charged cancellation fee before auto increase their cancellation fee with notice for future appts, option to divert controlled portion of cancellation fee to account credit.

Client Profile/Appointment + Treatment Plan Section
It would be super helpful to have a section besides the notes where the service provider can write out the treatment plan for the client for that visit. This way you can refer to it at any time in the future, the person checking out the client can easily see it and it can also be referred to if the client calls in and inquires about it.

Appointment/ Client Tag reporting
It would be fantastic if there were a way to run a report for specific client/appointment tags. Example: We have a client tag that states "Stylist was late to client" I would like to run a report to see which stylists of mine are repeat offenders. Or we have a "no charge" client tag- again it would be amazing to run a report to see which clients are not being charged/ how often this takes place.

Copy and paste appointments
One of the biggest request from the front desk is a copy and paste option for pre-booking an existing appointment. As you know we check out 4OO to 500 clients a week. Most of our clients pre-book their next appointment while in the salon. A lot of our clients have very specific appointment times that are not standard to our normal booking. For this reason a copy and paste would really help eliminate errors and speed up the process of the checkout, which we are in dire need of. This is something that we really really need ASAP.

Clone employee profile/service offering for new employee
We have hundreds of line items as a lash bar. Turning up a nee employee can take 45 mins!! Ideally I need to be able to create a standard Employee Profile that I can then apply. So I do the task once and then simply apply a service menu to an employee. Alternatively being able to clone an existing profile and then apply it after any refinement also saves the time.

The patients first and Last Name and Date of birth on auto populate on each page in the internal patient record.
We need this feature because the medical Board Requires the Patient's first and last name and date of birth be present on every record pertaining to a patient file or notes.

Filter client history
It would be helpful to be able to filter client's history. If you currently cancel a ton of recurring appointments, you won't be able to see actual history in the client profile, only the cancelled appointments. I need to be able either expand history, or filter by status.

Check-in and Check-out alerts
It would be helpful to have check-in and check-out alerts, similar to the booking alerts. These are very helpful to assist us if the Client wants the following: Warmer Pod, Music Throughout, Music at the End Only, Their own Music, etc...

Commission Structure Customization
The way Blvd calculates commission is not a true tiered method. The POS system we used to have calculated commission however we put into the system. I am asking that Blvd add the piece that we can customize our own commission structure. Right now it takes us hours to input into an Excel document and because we are doing this manually leaves many chances for error.
Our commission structure is tiered as follows.
$800-$1200 40%
$1201-$1600 42%
$1601-$1900 45%
$1901-$2100 50%
$2101 and up 60%
In Blvd the commission is based on one % only. In Blvd if an employee…

Ability to collect a deposit when creating an appointment
The only way to currently collect a deposit when a client calls is to go to make the appointment then exit window to go to *new sale- *enter account credit. Too many steps.
