  2. If you navigate to a client's profile from the calendar page (or any page other than the client look-up section), you are brought to the client profile but the URL is still https://dashboard.boulevard.io/calendar, so if I want to share that client profile with someone, I have to go to the client lookup page, search for the client again there, and then can use the unique URL with their client ID.   8. In effort to ensure a business has clients' most updated information, sending an Email at a cadence of the business's choice prompting the client to update their account information would be beneficial. If anything, sending once per year would help.

Regarding self check-in on the Duo App: If the client has an appointment at Location A but checks in at Location B, it currently checks the client in as a 'walk-in' at Location B but does not warn that their appointment is at Location A. This causes missed revenue for Location A and Location B may not be able to accommodate the extra appointment. This could result in a poor experience for both the business and client.

  15. When in a booth rental atmosphere, my girls selling retail get a commission for selling, to keep track it would be very helpful if in the sales part when only selling retail there would be a notes part that they could type in their name so I could identify that they sold the product instead of having to keep a list on paper

  18. A dashboard page defaults to Blvd's own time zone (PT) before the location's address is entered, but we should either 1) be able to change the time zone on our own and/or 2) there should be some sort of prompt to confirm the time zone before appts are made
