Reporting on Front Desk Privilege Group
The business wants the ability to track pre booked %'s for the staff members who are booking the appointments. They want to be able to see reporting on performance metrics as well based on if they have upgrade services, added add on's ect.

creating an appointment ticket
it would be great to be able to open a ticket for a client that isn't necessarily a sale of a product or an actual appointment or allow for you to add service to the "add sale" option for misc services. as of now, you have to create an appointment to create a ticket that isn't a sale of a product.

Have Beta reports that allow customization of EVERYTHING.
I would love a report that allows me to see ALL details for products.
Details would include: inventory on hand, reorder point, brand, supplier, etc...
Some items (like reorder level) can only be seen by painstakingly clicking on EVERY product.

More detailed error message when payments are blocked
The error message that pops up when payments have been blocked are unhelpful as it doesn't specify the reason for the error. There should be a more detailed error message to let customer's know that payments have been blocked.

Stop rounding tip percentage in checkout window.
Occasionally when adding a tip to the checkout window from the dashboard the system will round my tip and throw off the transaction. I use two decimal points to allocate tips when someone leaves a flat amount for multiple providers so I can split the tip evenly among them. Today I am entering 16.85% and it keeps rounding to 17%. Sometimes it doesn't do that, but sometimes it does. The work around is to do the math and enter the dollar amount, but it is frustrating to have numbers change after entering them.

Display name on emails sent to clients

Remove CC option in check out.
Would like the option to customize the payment types in the check out the window. they are wanting to use cash or another pos system and don't want to use the CC button.

tags for clients with disabilities
it would be nice to add tags for clients with disabilities like "hearing impaired", "nonverbal", and sensory issues so that staff members are able to be prepared and accomadate better.

Allow monthly memberships to have automatic % service deduction for services .
We have 3 tiers of memberships. Each tier has different % off. some memberships have two % off for example 20% on facial , 30% body sculpting. these discounts should be auto-applied to members at checkout and when booking.
