Tab on the customer profile to see ALL purchases and appointment history together (basically all CC transactions)
I would like to see the customer's orders and appointment history all in one place as an option, essentially a list of ALL credit card transactions from that client in a chronological list. Example: a customer is confused about how many membership vouchers they have paid for vs. redeemed - a chronological list of the charges and redemption appointments in once place would be a really easy way to sort out their account.

Move the settings gear icon out of the bottom corner
I would like to disable the settings gear icon in the reception app to prevent someone from accidentally signing out of the app or changing the settings.
If I block it with guided access, it then blocks the bottom key [123] on the keyboard so they aren't able to type a phone number in to check in.
Moving the gear icon to another area of the screen, or moving settings to the settings in control panel would fix this.

List packages in Alphabetical order on booking widget
Currently there seems to be no order in how the packages are arranged on the booking overlay. Would appreciate having them list in alphabetical or numerical order

Ability to have alternating membership benefits
(Ie. January 50 Minute Facial, February 30 Minute Facial and so on; this is a current membership we have)

Ability to set a date for when appts will be accepted in addition to online booking lead time
Could be useful for store openings, temporary closures. If for example, a business was told it may reopen on July 15th, 2020, then this date would be set as when appts can be booked rather than manually going in often and readjusting the lead time for booking appts to match current date countdown to that date.

Include error messaging when a refund is initiated after a dispute
Since refunds fail after a charge has been disputed, Blvd needs to include an error message to notify the business in some capacity that the action cannot be completed and to contact their Partner Manager.

The recommended star printer is always offline, doesn't work great. Would appreciate more options/recommendations

Alphabetize staff in timecard and timeclock report
It would be helpful to alphabetize the time clock report or the time clock so that they are both in the same order. Right now one is by first name and the other is by last name.

Report that shows appointments made in order, by whom
This could be used during training to understand and audit the progress and accuracy of new hires during probational periods.

Might be a mess, but eventually it would be extremely logical to include cancel activity, reschedule activity

Tab through sales without having to go "back" to look at the next sale
I would love the ability to easily tab through sales of the day, without have to click a sale, manually hit "back" and scroll back down to click on the previous sale. The ability to flip through them, like in your email mailbox, would add so much ease to scanning through the sales of the day

Outlook Calendar Integration for Facebook
Facebook Spa's has 6 locations and 20k "clients". They would like their employees to be able to add appointments directly to their calendars via the appt confirmation email.

Ipad Check in- Staff names appears but not clients name when the client checks in
Needs clients to have the ability to check in on iPad with staff names appearing, while client's names hidden for security reasons.

Put "Unavailable" into the main calendar
When the start schedule is booked, BLOCKED off time should appear in the main client calendar.

Make certain services NOT viewable in booking emails, confirmations such as "no show fee" or "late charge"
For clients that no show, we add a $10 fee to their next appointment. It would be great if there was an option to not have the booking emails show this service. It is best for business to discuss the fee with the client in person rather than them have at-home time before the appointment to get angry over.
Alternatively the ability to add a product to a scheduled service would work as well, then we would use a "no show fee" as a product instead.

For multi location operations, ability to give other accounts a simple "view" mode that shows them the schedule at other locations
This would allow other locations to call each other to shunt clients to alternate locations, give information to clients saying "we're unfortunately out of appointments today, but location X has a 5:30pm available and I can connect you to that location if you'd like to set up an appointment with their concierge." Also useful to create inter-salon competition and schedule envy/understanding.
I would love it if I could say to my managers, please look at the holiday hours for location X, and duplicate them for the month of december, without them having the same management level access at multiple locations.
