  1. I would love the ability to easily tab through sales of the day, without have to click a sale, manually hit "back" and scroll back down to click on the previous sale. The ability to flip through them, like in your email mailbox, would add so much ease to scanning through the sales of the day

  6. For clients that no show, we add a $10 fee to their next appointment. It would be great if there was an option to not have the booking emails show this service. It is best for business to discuss the fee with the client in person rather than them have at-home time before the appointment to get angry over.

    Alternatively the ability to add a product to a scheduled service would work as well, then we would use a "no show fee" as a product instead.

This would allow other locations to call each other to shunt clients to alternate locations, give information to clients saying "we're unfortunately out of appointments today, but location X has a 5:30pm available and I can connect you to that location if you'd like to set up an appointment with their concierge." Also useful to create inter-salon competition and schedule envy/understanding.

    I would love it if I could say to my managers, please look at the holiday hours for location X, and duplicate them for the month of december, without them having the same management level access at multiple locations.

  11. This is CRUCIAL for large operations that have multiple clients with the same first and last names.

    Scenario:

    John Smith_1 at Location 1, 18 visits

    John Smith_2 at Location 2, 25 visits, location 1 4 visits

    John Smith_3 at Location 2, 30 visits

    At current, all of these clients would be John Smith, which could cause A LOT of problems in booking phone appointments. If the clients are self booking it shouldn't be an issue.

    I think what should be done is that clients that have identical names have auto label as follows in this scenario:
    John Smith1 would

  12. When someones booked for a service sometimes we need to add more to that appointment, so if there was a tab that popped up it would be so much easier rather than trying to click that sliver of space.

  17. We are very product heavy and have many suppliers. Right now, all suppliers are randomly listed when building a purchase order. Would be great to have a faster ability to search for suppliers. At minimum, have them listed alphabetically

  18. In the Detailed Staff Summary under Staff Performance, it shows the entire order. So if the order # had multiple service providers, it shows all of the breakdown.
    We need a report or a way that will show only the service performed by the specified service provider

  19. Being able to see when the students clock in and out from break, lunch, coming and going will make it easier for the Front Desk Receptionist to schedule clients. At the moment we have to manually check in who is here and who is not here daily, and have to keep an eye out on who is coming and leaving the establishment. Timecards connected to the students profile will minimize the booking time for clients.

  20. Group bookings are a large part of our business and when there are 8 or more in one group booking, we need to be alerted on a specific email to provide VIP service when they make any updates to their appointment and upon arrival.

    Additionally, when they add their 8th appointment, the client should be only allowed to book a luxe service - that is also bookable online, but generally it's easier to handle manually.
