A majority of Boulevard's market demographic have business hours over weekends. It's very frustrating when something goes wrong during business hours and no one is there to help.

When no times are available for selected staff, suggest times with other staff as a last ditch effort to make the appointment
BUT use a recall feature telling the client; "If a cancellation occurs on this day for your preferred stylist, automatically move me over to them if it occurs in this time range".

Streamline MD signoff process
In its current state, it appears that the medical director must individually click on each date to determine if there are charts requiring review or sign-off. This workflow presents a challenge. Platforms like Aesthetic Record streamline this process by enabling providers to directly send completed charts to the medical director for review, simplifying their responsibilities. Requiring the medical director to manually review each day’s records adds unnecessary complexity, particularly given the demanding schedules of both the providers and the medical director.

Capture leads from people who click the booking link but don't book
Lead capture of name, phone #, and email when someone clicks the booking link but does not book. In order to accomplish this, ask for this information prior to seeing booking options.

Gear vs. Manage
It is incredibly inefficient to switch between Gear and Manage. A few opportunities for improvement;
If permissions allow, simply display all settings, even if not edit-able.
Add a "switch" at the top to switch between gear (Business) and manage (Location)
The biggest issue switching between the two is your online location is lost. So if you are in a particular service and change between gear and manage you need to locate the service from scratch, if your browsing location can be saved when switching, this would be a satisfactory temporary fix.
This issue is most annoying regarding products and services.

Be able to set perimeters for required info for when a patient is being inputted into the system such as:
-date of birth
-phone number
-email
-card on file-zipcode

The ability of putting in quotes for specific services into each client profile. Then being able to pull a report/filter for any client that was quoted that specific service for marketing purposes.

Reformat the 'print' view for charts as in its current state it's essentially unusable. Also add an option to email a PDF version to the client. We use 'treatment plans' as a chart where we document the client's goals and the treatments they should be getting, along with pricing and notes. We give this to them to take home, and we need a copy for staff. We created this as a digital chart, but want a way to share it with the client that looks professional!

allow us to set a different paying client than guest receiving appt
oftentimes clients will book appointments for their kids, spouses, parents, friends, etc. and want to pay for the service, but we don't want to put their credit card on someone else's file. right now that's our only option, or we have to book under the paying client's name (which causes confusion for service providers and makes their appointment history inaccurate), or we have to add a $0 service for the paying client just to add their name to the invoice. this is too complicated and we should be able to add a separate person as a paying client so we…
