Remove case sensitivity from email addresses
Emails are not case-sensitive in any other platform that we are aware of. This, combined with allowing more than one profile to use the same email address, amounts to an enormous amount of duplicate profiles in our system.

I could not agree more. This creates more of a headache than is needed. With case sensitivity on singular clients can have upwards of 2+ accounts. I had one client who had 7 different accounts all with same phone and name but different capitalization in each email making the client seem new and getting multiple 1st time sales and promotions until client was seen and waited on by several employees until it was noticed. client had been a new client at least 7 times
