  3. We need a report that shows a period of time, such as a year, but as a month-by-month comparison. We would also like to be able to compare periods from different years to more easily understand growth.

  4. It should be possible to make edits to charts after being completed, and the edits should be auditable. There should be a larger character limit as well than notes currently allow.

  6. Can we PLEASE stop with the resources populating the schedule every time we book an appointment. It's incredibly frustrating and TIME WASTING TO HAVE TO GO DELETE THEM ALL AGAIN, AND AGAIN, AND AGAIN ALL FRICKING DAY LONG!!!!! If I wanted all those columns jumbling up my schedule I would put them there!! UGH!!!!!!!!!!

  7. Add functionality to edit staff schedules in bulk. i.e. copy one staff member schedule to another, adjust multiple staff member schedules at one time, etc

  8. We also need to be able to text our clients via the app as well. We keep everything in house and so in order to message thru boulevard we have to log into a browser, sign in, and then text via a tiny screen.

  9. It would be great to be able to shift appointments across the calendar (to change date, time, and/or service provider) but just clicking and holding onto it and moving it around.
    Having to open it up to change the edit appointment fields doesn't feel as intuitive for an app.

  10. The cards that are store in the payment methods should also be an option to use in the membership payment options. If a client changes the card on file and deletes the old card, the membership still charges that card that was deleted from the payment section. When I added the clients new card to the membership payment it also shows up in the payment section as an option to charge. It should go both ways whatever cards in the payment methods should able to be selected without having to retrieve the card number from the client again. I see…

  11. Similar to the recent update to FORMS, please allow CHARTS to expire after a certain period of time. This would be helpful for medspas where GFEs(Good Faith Exams) need to be redone every year. Thank you.

  13. Could you add more search criteria to search for charts that are in progress and have not been completed? As in a date range and by service staff so it's easy to identify incomplete charts for a range of dates and not by one day only and to filter by staff member.

  14. Each staff member should have a booking link that they can send to clients so that that client or lead can only see their calendar. Instead they are also sending their potential leads and clients a link that also has their "competition" on there. Especially for businesses on BLVD that are booth rent.

  16. Can we please get Time Blocks for Resources as we have for Providers?? We need to block a laser off for 3 hours for a scheduled Service Call, but Do Not want to set the entire day as 'Unavailable'. As there are already appoints set for that day and we would like our available hours to be open for booking. Thank you!

  17. STOP INCLUDING "TEXT NO PROMOS" IN THE TEXT BLASTS. It is not legally required to be there every time. I had a bunch of unsubscribes, even from our regular clients and text users! As they pressed stop they now are not getting texts at all from us. I should have the option to exclude this.

  20. When a patient is blocked from booking, give a warning when business is booking the appointment. As of right now it just says that the chosen provider cannot preform this service instead of saying that the patient is blocked when their name is typed in.
