  2. We often have parent's phone numbers under their children in Boulevard. 99.9% of the time the system uses the child's account when we receive a text from the number. It would be nice to be able to either mark the child as a child of the parent (and pick the parent in the system) or to mark the owner of the number so all of the texts default to that person.

    Having a system of parents and children would be the ideal solution, but I understand it would be harder to implement.

  3. If I'm booking more than one appointment (but not necessarily a recurring), I have to SEARCH on the client name each time and select. It would be great if the system remembered or asked if I wanted to book ANOTHER appointment for same client.

  4. At the moment service providers only get notified when the client self-cancels their appointment. They should also have the ability to set their notifications preferences so they get notified when an appointment gets cancelled at the front desk as well.

  5. We are having clients add notes to their appointments when booking. For example, "Can I gift this to a friend?" or "I would like to add something else onto this appointment", etc. It would be great if a notification or icon appeared next to clients who fill this field out online since it is an option online.

  8. Would be really convenient to be able to see the calendar view while messaging a client with an existing conversation, as it seems the pop up/minimize feature is so far for new messages only. Either that, or being able to split the screen or create some kind of tab option.

  9. First off we love Boulevard and we love that you have this idea section to add to. We were with booker by mindbody and not a fan but one thing that was nice about it was on the calender page if you hovered over a stylist their services and price list would appear making it easy to help book a client over the phone or in person. Hope to see this added someday! Thank you!

  10. It would be awesome to have the option to add multiple emails to a client profile. A lot of our clients are business owners, hence have multiple addresses. When they are booking appointments online they often create new profile because they arent sure which email was used. This would stop the cause of duplicate profiles

  11. It would be great if I could create a 'New Sale' without adding the client info into the system. We have alot of walkin's from nearby hotels that we would prefer are left out of metric reports since they will not be returning to the business. In our former software the option in the register was 'Anonymous Male' 'Anonymous Female'

  13. At current the contact center potentially can make a mess of things with confirmations if clients A and children B and spouse C use all A's number and an appt is cancelled, or confirmed. Then the system will potentially do actions for the wrong account or appt.

  14. Looking to add notes inside the blocked section of the calendar and to be able to see those notes right on the main screen of the calendar instead of clicking into it.

  15. This is important especially for new hires, but for all staff. It's easier to see the pricing on the calendar for booked appointments and also to see pricing when they are booking a new appointment, in order to let the client know the price without fumbling.

  17. When booking clients on the wait list, there should be a way to add a client to mulitple dates rather than just one and having to go back in and add them again to the other date they asked for. For example add 'Jane Doe to the wait list for the date between 3/1 and 3/10' rather than having to go in and add her 10 times.

  19. Not being able to edit tickets once the sale is pushed through is becoming a major issue for us. Mistakes happen or when new staff are at the front, it's hard to fix or we don't have access to fix it. Understand why not everyone should be able to edit tickets, but there should be a way to override or enter an admin code to allow us to edit these mistakes

  20. Providers get notified when clients book, but not when they just reschedule their appointment. It'd be helpful to get a notification.
