  1. It would be helpful to be able to book a room as a resource without needing a service provider tied to the appointment. A lot of businesses have services that do not require a provider.

  4. When Fox & Jane's clients are trying to schedule an appointment online with a specific stylist, they have to scroll through each day to find the stylist's availability. F&J would like us to add a "next available appointment for X stylist" on the booking widget. See attachment for example.

  6. instead of having the 4/6/8 week button from todays date, it would be nice if it went from where you are on the calendar. So if a client likes to book for every 4 weeks and go every 4 weeks from that date and not just from todays date. The calendar would jump to every 4/6/8 weeks from any date.

  7. I am only accepting Haircut clients at our salon. No NEW color services. Only offering to my already existing color clients.

    So I don't have that service added to my menu. But I would like my existing COLOR clients to book their color service ONLINE without any new clients allowed to book for color service. Only NEW HAIRCUT clients.

  9. Here the stylist has to EDIT the appointment to see the full service. We have had stylists make mistakes on appointments as they cannot read the full explanation in the app. Or they have to come up to front desk each appointment to check what they are doing and this is untenable long term.

  16. It would be nice if there was a way to scan a paper form into Boulevard, so if a guest doesn't fill out their electronic form, we can still save it on Boulevard for viewing!

  18. Ideally, the business can add a tag or button that lives in every booking process. Once the client details and services are entered and confirmed, the operator (and online) will select one of the following boxes:

    • Salon Request (Any Stylist)
    • Stylist Request (New)
    • Stylist Request (Repeat)

    Generate all this data into a report - allows businesses to track how clients are coming into the salon. The report should include % of existing guests retained and % of new guests retained.   19. We require a form of payment to hold an appointment and we charge that payment if that violate our cancelation policy. Gift cards are a form of payment. Many people do not like to give us credit card number when they have a GC
