Automatic Emails to clients when they self reschedule
The business would like clients to receive new confirmation emails of the rescheduled time.

Buy package and use one of the voucher for the service in the same transaction
Currently, if a customer had an appointment and wants to pay by buying a package, they need to first buy the package and then the voucher has to be applied to the service (appointment). One can also add the package to the appointment at checkout but then the voucher cannot be used for that appointment.
It would be useful to be able to have customer pay for their package at appointment checkout, and one voucher is automatically used for the service provided.

"Get Quote" instead of the price
I think it's critical to have the option "get quote" instead of a price. Some of our services vary in price, so we would love the client to contact us so we could tell them more about the pricing situation. Now the only option is to put "$0" and then in the description ask them to contact. It just doesn't make sense not having the option.

Create Printable Travel Tickets for Stylists to Utilize
We would like to create tangible travel tickets for stylists to be able to assess their clients' info all on one page rather than having to go thru multiple digital menus via Boulevard app. Client info like: Previous Products Purchased, Previous appointments, previous services + amounts paid, today's appt info and an area where they can write notes or suggestions.

With previous software first time clients were flagged on the schedule each day. I appreciated this as an owner because it alerted me so I made sure to go introduce myself and chat with them for a minute and welcome them

At times clients say they do not receive SMS from us. I do understand there sometimes is carrier blocking, but it would be nice if BLVD show
.... showed in the messages itself as new notifications that the text wasn't received or was blocked. This would potentially allow responsible businesses to take into account that there was no receiving of the text so they could call them instead or otherwise.

Collect Birthday when booking
I would like to be able to utilize the marketing feature to send clients birthday emails and discounts but I can't do this because birthdays aren't collected when a client creates their profile. I would like this to at least be an option for them when online booking.

Customizable Staff Privileges
Being able to restrict service providers from viewing certain reports/limiting them to see their own metrics would be very helpful.

Easier to delete or hide expired offer codes
Our offer code list gets out of hand very quickly because all offer codes ever created are listed there and not sorted in any easy-to-follow way. We need to be able to make better sense of these codes and easily delete or hide ones that are no longer in use.
