  3. Reformat the 'print' view for charts as in its current state it's essentially unusable. Also add an option to email a PDF version to the client. We use 'treatment plans' as a chart where we document the client's goals and the treatments they should be getting, along with pricing and notes. We give this to them to take home, and we need a copy for staff. We created this as a digital chart, but want a way to share it with the client that looks professional!

  5. Would love to still be able to see prior employees previous schedules on the calendar even after they're removed from the system/disabled access. There might be a way to see it in a report, but it's helpful to see on the calendar day to day to help establish forecasting the business patterns. This would also help in rescheduling any future clients that are on their books without having to run a report & then go into the client profile to reschedule.

  6. Any client forms or charts that are opened should open in a separate window so that receptionists can easily refer to the form & input the data into the client's file and so that service providers can easily and efficiently chart client's appointments. Ever since this feature was updated on Boulevard (where we now have forms open on the same page), productivity and efficiency in form-related tasks has plummeted.

  7. It would be fantastic to be able to block online booking for certain services per employee on certain days. example i only want to take waxing on certain days and feed my less busy employees the spray tans so id like to block spray tan services with me online to enable my employees to get booked instead

  10. We do not want guests to be able to cancel their appointment via the confirmation email. If clients wish to cancel, they will need to call. This allows us the chance to get them rescheduled rather than just canceling their appointment. We won't be able to use the email feature at all until this is resolved or it's going to impact us in a very negative way.   11. Inventory on hand only allows you to see what is current. I need to see what was on hand dec 31st for taxes. I currently can't pick a range of dates to see what the inventory was during that time span.

  13. we should be able to grant access to reports by employee, not location. making it so I can grant access for each employee to view their own numbers w out seeing everyone else's.

  19. My business runs on a membership basis and most members set up recurring appointments. Need a way to automatically cancel all upcoming appointments should members cancel their membership without individually going to each appointment.

Including; business charge for cancellation fee, set time limit for when appt can no longer be cancelled without fee, for clients that have been charged cancellation fee before auto increase their cancellation fee with notice for future appts, option to divert controlled portion of cancellation fee to account credit.
