  1. In history, it should just show the entire details of the order to avoid the constant back and forth when wanting to see more details. Or at least have Order history and APPT history separately

  2. add a flag for messages that need further attention or review, or more info. Or at least make message unread to others can see it and notice. When you have multiple people looking at message and then a bunch of others come thru they get lost.... some sort of way to know this need follow up. thanks

  3. By creating a self checkout process for clients, it could eliminate the need for a front desk staff. We could equip our salon with iPads that have the self checkout available to them at any point in their service for a seamless and less awkward checkout process

  4. I think it would be EXTREMELY to have these options to form:

    • Manually link the forms so that we can send in marketing/client reach out campaigns

    • The option for forms to be required for booking

    • An alert or list of clients who have filled out forms (so we can input any information into the file)

    • A birthday option that automatically updates their birthday on their file (year not necessary)

  6. Would love to still be able to see prior employees previous schedules on the calendar even after they're removed from the system/disabled access. There might be a way to see it in a report, but it's helpful to see on the calendar day to day to help establish forecasting the business patterns. This would also help in rescheduling any future clients that are on their books without having to run a report & then go into the client profile to reschedule.

  7. Your lists for internal marketing are not sufficient to run basic marketing. I cannot exclude people, or combine lists. Or monitor the frequency of contact.
    Please add : exclude clients already booked.
    Please add: Do not email if has been emailed in 15, 30, 60 days
    Please add: Email client of x employee AND x employee. (currently it it is set as or)

  11. Inventory on hand only allows you to see what is current. I need to see what was on hand dec 31st for taxes. I currently can't pick a range of dates to see what the inventory was during that time span.

  12. we should be able to grant access to reports by employee, not location. making it so I can grant access for each employee to view their own numbers w out seeing everyone else's.

  18. It would be helpful if the double booking option could be staff specific. For instance, one stylist is able to double book during the processing time of one appointment, but another stylist does not take clients during processing time of other appointments.

  19. Currently there is no work around for this, except to completely delete the techs schedule, delete all the scheduled apts, and re-open and re-book apts at the other location. It's extremely tedious and leaves a lot of room for error, especially if you're making scheduling adjustments for a big amount of time. The interface doesn't allow you to reschedule clients apts to the other location either. It's really inconvenient!

    IE we are currently under construction at one of our locations, so a few of our stylists temporarily moved their books to the second location. Now, when we have to move…

  20. Prior to booking, widget should prompt client to answer the following questions:

    1. Is this booking for you?
    2. If yes > normal booking flow
    3. If no > is this booking for a minor?
